Thanks Keith! Just what I needed for my tight neck and shoulders after a long day. My neck and upper back are chronically tight and cause me a lot of pain, so I will add this practice to my favorites and come back to it. BTW...forgot to say where I am practicing from. Georgia, USA.

Perfect for me. Recovering from Covid and 10 weeks post hip replacement surgery and this was my first yoga session in 3 months. Keith is always clear and uncomplicated in his cues and easy to follow. So glad I tried this

I carry so much tension in my neck and shoulders so this was an effort but yielded great results as I felt some release by the end of the class. Definitely needs to be in regular rotation for me!

Good upper body stretching and relaxing. The 20 minutes went so quickly I had to do it again! This was my first class with Keith Allen and I appreciate his clear instruction and calm approach to moving the body - relaxing into the stretch through breath and quiet focus.

As someone with a damaged shoulder, I have much tension in the upper body. Shoulder classes often scare me, because the teacher pushes to what they can do. This class was amazing! Not only does my shoulder feel better, I could feel release of tension in my rib cage. Thank you!

Great movements for releasing tension. I did not hold the shoulder stand long as I just read that it is a dangerous move. Don t know if that s true but I love the pose. Thanks for being one of the only yoga instructors online or even in person that mirror cues. I added this to a cardio workout and it was perfect.

I ve done this one several times now. It s great for when your pecs and shoulders are feeling tight. Very good stretches for that.
