I think I learned how to move the pelvis to right position as I back bend. This class was harder than I expected but really great. I feel good and awake. Thank you.

I liked the focus on spine and alignment, how it started slowly and built up. I wish the savasana were included at the end and there was a more purposeful closing. (When savasana is not included as part of the video, I often don t do it or I might do it for too long.)

I really enjoyed this, but I agree with the comment that runner s lunge only happens on one side. I will do the class again and just pause there and repeat; but it would be great to see a re-edited version so we can just go with the flow!

Love it! It wasn t the typical flow, which I appreciated. I had to stay mindful to the postures and not zone out with some classes that do the same sequence time and again. The backbends felt open and refreshing.

Enjoyed the class. Good stretches. I was a bit concerned that the back bends would be uncomfortable, but they were just right.

Really wonderful flow but (unless I was really zoned out) I think we missed a quad stretch from runner lunge on the left side. I added it before I laid down because it was all I could think about, lol.
Otherwise, a great bit of gentle effort at the end. I really liked the pacing of the "quick" segment. It got me warm without making me too sweaty and left me ready for some savasana.

Awareness of my lower back throughout the session was awesome! Thank you for teaching and reminding me, over and over. I was expecting back bends but this was just what I needed and hopefully will bring your teaching to all my classes. I think my back guided me to your class this morning.
