Great Cardio flow, as well as, meditation, I enjoyed how this flow challenges you to be aware of your limits, at the same time as it is challenging you push those same boundaries! Thanks Jessica!

Great to go back to basic. This is short, and there is nothing fancy; however, there is the essence of yoga . Although the poses are basic, his class is not for beginners because there is no detailed instruction how to use your body. This class is great to warm up. Thank you.

This class was especially good for me as I ve been out of the yoga scene for over a year. I definitely need to work on getting back some strength and flexibility, but I really appreciated this re-introduction to the basics.

Great class - resuming yoga practice after several months due to lower back issue. Not overly exerting, but still challenging. Longer holds. All body practice plus balance. Added windshield wiper at end.

Love the faster flow of this class with all the familiar moves and lots of vinyasa. This class keeps my mind from wandering. New Friday night favourite.

Wonderful flow. It was really nice to revisit a "traditional" set of poses. The only pose I felt was "missing" was a pigeon or double pigeon pose, so I m doing a double pigeon as I type this. This may become one of my go-tos when I m short on time but want a full practice. Thank you so much for this wonderful flow.
