I love Jackie s style and her classes. Sadly, I give this a 1-star rating because of its introduction with a promotion for goods and services. Yoga is not about consumption of stuff. . .it s about the opposite of that. Please, YDL, don t go down this path.

This is one of my all-time favorites that I keep coming back to. Really good for gently working out knots of tension, especially in the back and hips - has some long holds that really encourage release.

This was such a great class to either wind down from a hectic day or to start your day with some renewed energy if you are feeling like you just need something without expending a ton of energy. I was really sore from weights and cardio exercises and this was a perfect class to relieve the tension built up in the muscles. This was more of an Ahhhhh class for me, and one that was definitely worthwhile in my opinion.

Fantastic class - one of the best ones i ve taken so far on Yoga Download. I loved the gentle reminders, explanations and words of encouragement in between the poses and found myself really able to connect to my breath and release both the mental and physical tension I was holding on to. I needed this! I was so tight from yesterday s class it felt like I d never loosen up. Wrong! Jackie reminds us to breathe and be present thereby allowing ourselves to relax into the poses. I had an unforeseen victory when my left hip really opened during pigeon when Jackie simply said "let go."

This class was incredible It really felt like I was getting such a deep release. It flowed extremely well and was a traditional hatha class in that it had no vinyasas (charuranga sequences) incorporated, which I prefer when I want this gentler,classic style. This class is energising in the morning as it makes you feel so calm, but because of this could easily be practiced at night too. The teacher has a very gentle style, where you are allowed to reach your level of intensity with no expectations and a true acceptance of where you are in the moment. Highly recommended.

Lovely, gentle class. Great for runners. I m currently preparing for a half-marathon and cross-training with yoga, and this class helped my hip flexors and lower back. Pigeon and figure-4 poses are great for IT band issues. Wonderful way to end the day.

This is the first class I have tried since purchasing the unlimited package and I am impressed and grateful for a great first experience. For my first online class, I sought a gentle yoga for evening stretching and relaxing and this met my expectation. I work out frequently during the week boxing and at the gym and this was perfect to restore and relax my sore muscles. I consider myself an intermediate yoga student and this had poses I was familiar with and enjoyed. Thank you!

This is basically the perfect yoga flow for me. Lots of nice deep hip openers, not too much time spent in strenuous (for me) positions, the constant reminder to be gentle with myself and to be patient with my mental chatter. I feel the Gentle Hatha Flow series to have had an overwhelming positive impact on my mental health and physical wellbeing.

This was the first class I have tried on Yoga Download. It was awesome! The instructions were clear and easy to understand. The instructor mentioned some modifications. I really liked that there was enough instruction without too much random talking or over explaining...if that makes sense. It was just perfect. I felt great afterwards. Wonderful class!

I love Jackie s classes. I was concerned that this would be too similar to the other Gentle Hatha classes. But, it s not. It s great! You go thru seated twist, cat/cow, Kundalini circles, Figure 4 squat, Tree, runners lunge, half pigeon, cobblers pose with a forward fold and the final spinal twist. It s really just right when you need some good deep slow stretching and don t have a lot of time or energy. You finish with more energy than when you started. My only concern is when you are doing forward folds and she says: Very Slowly, but she takes them a little faster that I like to do, so I miss out on a couple. But that s ok. Thank You, Jackie for another wonderful class. Namaste

This is a wonderfully gentle class with a nice variety of stretches. The poses will loosen up muscles in your back, arms and legs. The pace is just right and allows enough time for your body to find it s sweet spot and for your mind to focus on breathing. Included in this class are some twists and balancing poses too, which I found a little challenging after not practicing yoga for almost a year now. I think it s perfect for beginners or those who haven t practiced in a long while and for people who want to start or finish their day with something gentle.

SO much of a Yoga class depends on the teacher. Jackie is gentle and wise, knowledgeable and clear. Her verbal cues and cadence help to keep the audience focused and and calm and the sequence here feels great. Best of all, Jackie keeps the class true to the philosophy and intent of the original Yoga of my Indian ancestors. Perfect class (and teacher!) for people of most levels of Yoga.

Another great class from Jackie. This is perfect for novice yogis as she gives lots of details and alternate poses. I also like her words of encouragement - I kept repeating to myself "I do yoga to BECOME flexible"...my new mantra! This class left me feeling relaxed, stretched out and ready for bed.
