Love this class. I did it and you can too!

Holy shoulders, holy core, holy I can t believe I did that...or most of it anyway. I admit to taking a few child s poses amid the plank series and dropping the weights for the last few flows, but I was true to my intention, which was don t hurt yourself. High five to all the over 60 s out there rocking these classes!

Fun fully body workout! Nice change to the usual.
By dominique decoster | Sunday, November 28, 2021
This class is an awesome workout for the entire body, with low impact cardio and stretching. I find It satisfying and challenging. This is a class worth taking regularly to build strength and stamina. Thank you Kylie!

Whew! That was a complete workout! Thank you for the clear cues and simply excellent sequence.
By Nanayogi | Tuesday, June 22, 2021
Great work out. Every body part hit. I love the first few reps which allow you to figure out the move before trying it up to speed. Excellent.

Amazing and challenging class

Make sure u have the right amounts of weights that u can handle...this is a serious workout, especially for those who don t generally use weights in their yoga practice. Great workout!!

This is a great class! I m just starting to get back in shape, so it was definitely challenging, but you can pause/modify and make it through. I m determined to keep doing it a few times a week until I make it through with no pauses/modifications. If this out of shape 60 year old can do it, so can you! Thanks, Kylie!!!

To start, I m definitely a beginner who decided it d be a great idea to do the 21 day sculpting challenge because why not, so anything I couldn t do is on me. I m a little embarrassed to say it took me about 1.5 hours to get through this 1 hour 10 min class... I had to pause it so many times cause my muscles would give in... But I m also really proud to say that each time I rewinded back, got back into the positions and did my best. Maybe I couldn t do each pose or exercise as fast or as many times, but I did them slowly and I got through it. This is a full body workout and it s fantastic. Kylie is an encouraging instructor and she is amazing! It may have been tough for me but this class is now saved as a favorite and I will come back to it in the future. Excited to see how much better I will get over time.

Holy shoulders and abs is right!!! This is a great class! I had to modify a bit and took a breather too! Kylie talks you through with nice explanation...I stayed focused...thank you Kylie!

Amazing class! Terrific teacher! Well beyond my capabilities at this time, but that didn t stop me. It was easy to adjust or pause during the workout and then continue. The pace was manageable and a good challenge. My intention was to practice smartly and it worked. New goal is to one day do the full workout and do it well. In my next life I ll have arms like Kylie. Thanks 3

A great workout!
By Cindy | Thursday, September 17, 2020
Sort of boring. Usual sun salutations (please, can we come up with a more creative way to limber up?).... into usual yoga poses (lots of planks) just with weights. Good if you like "the usual."

Wow, this class is intense but good. Looking forward to keeping this one in my favorites and getting better at it.

Great class. Could the video be formatted so that I can stop and start, scroll forward and back?
By SofiFyah | Saturday, May 23, 2020
That was great. Really calm, but challenging class.
By Laura Gan | Tuesday, April 28, 2020
Great class, wrong title. It s definitely Total Body Yoga Sculpt. Not shoulders and core.
By Schoffman | Wednesday, April 8, 2020
Fantastic class! I am 62 and will come back to this class again!!
By Janine | Saturday, March 28, 2020
I go back to this class over and over. Fabulous total body workout -- especially great since the gyms are closed due to Covid-19. Love Kylie s classes!!!
By Ann Marie | Sunday, January 12, 2020
This was a really great total body workout—not just shoulders and abs. She packs the solid hour and I was really pushing to my limit at the end. The moves were slow and steady and it felt like yoga rather than a HIIT workout, which I liked. I will definitely be coming back to this one!
By Shiny Penny | Tuesday, July 30, 2019
Kylie that was awesome! I could not make it all the way through and I left puddles of sweat on my mat. I’d say your mix of yoga and weights was spectacular. I burned a ton of calories on my Apple Watch and got my heart rate up! What a great challenging workout!

Kylie is a great teacher with exellent cueing. The class does a good job of working so many muscles, but also with the stretching and a bit of cardio. Kylie, your arms are so impressive!! Thanks for a good all around class.

Holy Dinah! That was tough!

I LOVE this! More yoga sculpt!

Amazing, amazing workout! It truly is a total body workout and one that I will come back to very often!

That. Was. KILLER.
I obviously must need more of that.
I somehow need to incorporate all these classes together.
Kylie is fast becoming a favorite.

Great class. The warm up is long enough to prepare for the weight segment and everything is explained nicely. I m 49 (not an old lady, but...) and could only get through the first 50 minutes. I was a runner but arthritis has forced me to stop and look for alternate ways to keep fit. This class is perfect for building supportive muscle around the joints, but I m afraid my neck could be hurting tomorrow. Also had to do plank on my forearms because of arthritis in wrist. I would recommend this class for any age but would start with low weight and slowly work up. Thanks!

This class is phenomenal! My usual gripe with every workout class - video or live- is that it s never hard enough. This class is tough, and really makes you work hard! Somehow the instructor was able to seamlessly add a yoga flow into the workout, and was super encouraging throughout. I am SO impressed!! An added bonus is this is truly a full body workout.
By Jenna | Saturday, February 25, 2017
Love that Kylie! This class is the real deal. Had me sweating buckets without any jumping. Will definitely do this one again!
By Lillian | Wednesday, February 1, 2017
Kylie is a great balance between a fitness instructor and a genuine yoga instructor. This is one of my favourite fitness / yoga workouts now, even though, as Kylie said, it s so much more than that. Her supportive energy and sincerity for what she does makes it easier to suffer the harder parts of this class with her.
By Lisa | Monday, December 26, 2016
Challenging class and definitely felt the workout.
By bobbya | Sunday, March 6, 2016
Kylie is right, this is an excellent all around hour for yoga, stretching, and sculpting -- with cardio. Love that there isn t jumping in this, because I when I m in my apartment, jumping isn t great for the downstairs neighbor. Also love the inclusion of crab! Great class. Hope there are more coming.

Awesome class that really works you out. I ll be back!
By Tom | Tuesday, December 22, 2015
This is not a typical Kylie yoga class. Nothing like putting a weight in each hand to help change up everything. Challenging workout. Core workout will definitely have you wishing for it to be over. Nice combination of yoga and strength. Definitely one for my library.
By Shirley | Saturday, December 5, 2015
Great class! This had everything flow, vinyasa, core strength and sculpting. Very challenging and something to strive for and get stronger. I couldn t finish all the reps on the sculpting but I ll be back. Cueing is excellent and boy did I sweat!
By Julie | Friday, November 27, 2015
This is one of the best classes ever, slow enough to make you engage every muscle and it s also a complete workout. Good job!
By ReginaKat | Wednesday, November 11, 2015
What a challenge! What a great comprehensive workout! Thank you!
By StefPete | Sunday, August 2, 2015
Really nice total body conditioning with small weights and easy to follow movements. Great class! Thanks!
By Goldie | Tuesday, July 21, 2015
whoa baby!! A real challenge for an old lady like me!!
By Amy | Monday, June 22, 2015
I love this class--it is a challenge and it makes me sweat like crazy! Like others have said, this really is a full body workout, not just upper body and core. The plank series you do about 4 times is a killer. This workout is a very good use of my time and is part of my routine.
By fetchingbike | Sunday, April 5, 2015
Great class to make you sweat, burn your arms and core and practice your coordination. Well rounded practice and Kylie is such a great motivator, thank you!
By Lauren | Saturday, February 28, 2015
Wonderful sequence and flow. Truely a full body workout that I will come back to time and again to see how strong I am becomming.
By Christine | Thursday, February 26, 2015
I love this class! It s such a challenging workout, but because the class has a great flow, it goes by fairly quickly.
By tudia88 | Wednesday, October 22, 2014
Awesome class!! The time flew by! Will come back to this one.
By BBBritt | Wednesday, October 1, 2014
Holy shoulders and abs, I was definitely sweaty and I felt that work out.
By Daniele Gallichand | Sunday, September 21, 2014
Very challenging!! Could not keep up but it sure gives me a good idea of what to work on to get to that level.
Very clear instructions and great to hear alternatives for easier moves. Thanks.

Amazing all over work-out! Perfect for sculpt and cardio!
By Shelley | Monday, July 28, 2014
Hard but good
By Jangle | Thursday, July 24, 2014
This is a great sweaty workout! I have done it a few times now. Its very challenging for me because of the plank series, but its something to work towards for sure!! I do love using the weights in the plank, and downward dog, because it takes pressure of my wrists. Excellent cueing, never have to look up to see what I should be doing, Keep these classes coming!
By Bee | Monday, July 21, 2014
One of my favorite classes on Yoga Download - great instructor, amazing strength workout for both arms and legs. Will definitely do this workout again!
By tgosh | Friday, June 13, 2014
The title is appropriate. I think I even said, "holy shoulders" while i was getting worked. Obviously know in advance that this is yoga sculpt, so obviously if you re a die hard yogi purist, do something else. I don t approach this class thinking of it as yoga, otherwise i would have been annoyed. If you want a workout (that happens to incorporate a little yoga in there), then you got it. I was sweating a lot, it got my heart rate up, and wore me out. Bonus- lower body burn included.
By Nicole | Friday, June 13, 2014
I ve taken this class twice now and love it every time I do! This is a great full body workout and you will feel it the next day no matter what level Yogi you are! Take a deep breath and dive into this awesome class!
By Christine | Saturday, May 31, 2014
I really enjoyed this class. It s a very good combination of vinyasa and strength exercises. The instructor does a good job demonstrating the different poses. The abs exercises involves mostly plank work and are very effective. My triceps also got an excellent workout in addition to my shoulders. I will be taking that class again in the future.
By Megan | Tuesday, May 27, 2014
Awesome class. Should be advanced intermediate! Great overall workout!
By Elki Hass | Wednesday, May 21, 2014
Clear concise instructions. Flows beautifully from one pose to the next.
By dee | Saturday, May 10, 2014
Very long, but very rewarding. Great cool down and savasana. Can t wait to do it again!
By denisepower | Tuesday, May 6, 2014
Very challenging! I loved the variety, esp with the lunges and superman lunges or whatever they were called. Even though it says arms and abs, woah my bootie is already sore. Kylie is great. She is motivational, challenging and very creative. Such a great alternative for me when I can t make it to class. My only gripe is with the website. I can t stream on my phone or tablet, which I would connect to my TV. I had to go to the computer in my basement, which is not the best place for yoga. But overall, I had a great class.
By Lori8Leo | Tuesday, May 6, 2014
This workout was AMAZING! I absolutely love her classes. I loved the jiva squat w/ kicks. This is beyond shoulders and abs...this is a total body workout that left me dripping by the end. Keep the classes coming! :)
By Rikki | Tuesday, May 6, 2014
"Holy shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, back, glutes, quads, and calves" I consider myself pretty fit, and this one had me sweating as much as running 3 miles. I definitely recommend!
By mary | Friday, May 2, 2014
Wonderful!
By Kimberly | Friday, May 2, 2014
Incredible total "body and heart" class that also left me feeling invigorated and not tired despite the great work! Excellent cue-ing and modifications make this a GO TO class! Thank you!
By shar | Thursday, May 1, 2014
In this series she takes you through wonderful sequencing. You re going to sweat and maybe at times you ll want to give up but she says near the end you have to put the work in to get the look you want. There s a great pose in this series I ve never experienced it s just before bridge pose. It s wonderful. You will enjoy this it s tough but she targets problem areas. Thank you for this.
