Once we find foundation, security and stability through our root chakra, we can begin the journey upward, through the chakras. Where root chakra is grounding, Svadhisthana, or sacral chakra is fluid; its element is actually water. Remember that water flows effortlessly -- it flows the path of least resistance. While root (earth) provides consistency, water induces change. Through change -- consciousness begins to expand -- growth and transformation happens without extra effort. Pleasure is the motivating principle of the second chakra. Once survival needs are met, we move toward pleasure. Pleasure promotes well-being and is a natural healing force. Nice flow to emphasize the fluidity of this chakra! It felt good to get moving and release some stiffness from the day. Although the written description of the class is very clear, I would like it better if there were more verbal explanations of why we re doing what we re doing.

my 2nd day of Chakra flow. I so needed this today, getting covid fatigue and was feeling rather down. Now I m content and making plans to do some more hip opening flow and gardening

Really good easy flow. Opening up the hips is great in the morning for those who have desk jobs like myself.
short and sweet. I needed a gentle yet flow type class and this was just perfect. I love the variation of plank to childs pose to plank, rather than plank to lower to upward dog- made the class gentle enough to be considered restorative.
Nice little flow, but I feel the cues could be clearer.
Great 20 min practice. I like a little more time At the beginning of my practice to get connected to My breath, so next time I do this class I ll prep myself a bit more. But definitely will come back to this class!
