Runners will understand this but the closest wonderful thing I could say about this class is A Runners High. You find a place where your just doing IT EFFORTLESSLY but feeling great and still challenged. In the moment - the flows are great like a song from your best travel album where you roll down the windows and just sing. Great class.

Just finished this class and I am so full of gratitude for you! I enjoyed this even more than the Love to Flow class. But honestly, I love every class you do and do almost exclusively your classes. Have done since I first tried one of your 20-min free audio classes years ago. Finally getting around to letting you know how much I appreciate all your hard work. With this class you got me doing poses I never would have guessed I could do - you just lead into things so well and are so generous in your teaching it all becomes possible.

I am always on the road and am currently staying in Sri Lanka. Yoga download an awesome way for me to keep up with practice in strange places and Jackie has become my favorite instructor! I ve done this class many times and will continue to do so, it satisfies all of my needs! Thanks Jackie!

Awesome class!!!!!!!!!!! Great for intermediate/advanced yogis. I added in arm balances throughout and an inversion at the end and it was a PERFECT well rounded flow. Saving in favorites.

Another great class from Jackie. Love the flow sequences. Jackie s cues are always great. I rarely have to look at the screen. Still working toward some of the more challenging poses. As with most of the YD classes, that annoying background music kicks in a few minutes in. I wish they d omit that from newer recordings and eventually work to no music.

Really enjoyed this flowing yoga practice! It kept me engaged and was also challenging. It was also a challenge for me to breath in between movements, something I need to improve on.

Awesome follow up to "Love to flow"! I found this to be creative, fun, and encouraging. I built up a nice sweat and even held my first full Visvamitrasana (I usually use my bent knee as a kickstand)
I will definitely return to this class
