Coming back to yoga at age 38 after 10 years away, lots of self doubt and judgment as I cannot do the poses I used to when I was "gumby". This series takes it slow, with just enough challenge. It helps me to forget judgement and remember why I fell in love with yoga in the first place. Thank you Jackie!

This was a very good class for reaching my stretch with her cues. I noticed that as the class progressed, I was a bit more flexible. I enjoyed it and felt relaxed at the end, which has always been my reason for doing yoga. It s a struggle for me to relax, but I was able to do so. Thank you. Namasté.

Loved this class too. Successfully learned how to do the pigeon pose without any discomfort (lots of stretch though). Jackie is an amazing instructor walking through each pose slowly and offering many modifications.

Excelent class!!! Not just for beginners. After two weeks where I couldn t practice, this class really helped me loosen up.

Excellent class! Although designed for beginners, I am recovering from a bad cold that kept me from practicing for almost 3 weeks. To help me get back into practicing, I have been trying out this series, which takes you gradually into lunges and half hanamanasana. Just great. I highly recommend this series for a newbie to yoga, or an experienced yogi that has been off for a while. Thank you!

While this is a great class, it s a HUGE leap from the first two in the series. I was feeling confident that I could do those coming in, but this was much more difficult.

I absolutely love this teacher. My first class with her I could flow right along with and I had tried lots of other teachers beginner classes and just couldn t find the flow or get into the poses correctly. With Jackie I wake up everyday already thinking about doing one of her classes. Because of this teacher I am not obsessed with yoga. Thank you Jackie. Thank you yoga download. I love this whole yoga concept. Yoga everywhere! Bless up and breathe deep ??

I really appreciate Jackie s teaching style. She offers clear, concise direction and offers guidance for every body type. She accounts for coming to yoga with injury, age, and/or years of inactivity while keeping the more seasoned and/or in-shape practitioners engaged. She focuses on going deeply and subtly into each pose and building a strong foundation. After just 5 days of her series (classes 1, 2, and 3), I can do small, but important daily things that I haven t been able to do in years.

I really appreciate your New series. Due to a prolonged illness followed by back issues coming back with a vengeance, I ve not been able to practice on a regular basis and what I could do was very limited
I started this series almost 3 weeks ago working slowly to regain what I ve lost. After yet another procedure on my back yesterday I was able to do the whole class today ... with a few breaks, but I did it!
BTW I have several companions that practice with me, 2 dogs and a cat named Yoda. He loves your voice and the music as well. By the end of the class he is so relaxed it s almost comical. His ears are catewampus, his eyes unfocused. It s just too funny.

Wonderful instructor, and the perfect introduction to yoga. I really appreciate how Jackie brings such awareness and acceptance to every individual s respective starting point and limitations. She is easy to follow, very positive, clear in instructions, and consistently cues you to release mental blocks and judgement. She also suggests various modifications at each step for those with injuries or restricted movement. I m going to schedule all of Jackie s lessons into my calendar now. Thank you, Jackie!
