I love this class! Jackie is an awesome teacher. I do this class regularly and it has helped me gain strength and particularly helps my lower back.

I really enjoyed this, I did the first 101 class yesterday so followed up today with this- and it was challenging but not rushed so I was able to follow along and work with my body. So far Jackie is my favourite teacher, and her teaching style is lovely. I love that the meditative side of yoga is honoured in her classes, it s so good for body and soul.

I m enjoying this course because it does go to the basics, what I had forgotten. This class in particular made me feel like I was working with my body and relaxing at the same time. Namasté Jackie.

I have practiced for several years but find it always helpful to come back to the beginning ftom time to time. Interestingly enough I am usually sore after these classes.

Great pace for getting comfortable with yoga, and her clear instructions are very helpful for working on proper technique and alignment.

I love this class! It is great if you want to just start with Yoga. Jackie is a great instructor and she explain everything in a way anybody can understand. And she makes you feel good about trying :),

By far the greatest way to learn this correctly. I have absolutely loved these first couple videos because I feel like I am doing it correctly. I ve avoided doing yoga in the past because I don t like doing things wrong, you don t receive instruction, and I can t stand group classes. I ve got the privacy and great instruction. I m coming up on a week and have worked out once or twice a day. I m sitting here at the computer sitting straight because it feels natural !! Wow!

Lots of information shared on alignment and things to watch out for when practicing. I have annoyed my lower back with some poses that I now know are not right for "my" body. Thank you for squeezing so much information into one session. Can hardly wait for 101 #3 tomorrow! Namase.

Jackie, I ve been through this entire 101 series. I m not an absolute beginning but I love these classes. I find myself returning to this class often. It s just the right length for after a long day of work and commute. Your cueing is perfect. When I do this class with you, my alignment benefits. And then I can, hopefully, bring a better alignment to all the Yoga Download classes that I so much enjoy. Thank you. Namaste.

Great class for someone with some yoga experience but not much. The focus on alignment is really helpful and the cues are spot-on!
