Just finished Hips and Hamstrings and wow am I sweaty. That "dog at a fire hydrant" pose was VERY different to anything I ve ever done before and the balancing sequence was very challenging. (My journey involved falling out, haha. I have lived to tell about it.)
I downloaded class 1 to keep and I m interested in coming back to try the others!

Thank you so much Les! You have made my practice stronger and loads of fun, too!

I miss practicing with Les, it s been 10 years! He was my favorite instructor at Yoga Tree in SF. I m thankful that he is on Yoga Download.

Have only done the Twists session so far. I like Les s calm voice and the background music. I enjoyed the class but was not sure where I was going with the binds (I can only manage some of these sometimes) and certainly couldn t get into Bird of Paradise, tho it looks fabulous!

One thing I love to do in YDL is just search classes and pick something new. And that s how I found Les. First with a 20 min vinyasa when that s all the time I had, and now I m two sessions into Bundle !. There s a lot inside these practice sessions! Thanks, Les

I was looking for something to bring me down from the MOSSA Fight workout and I thought the twists segment would help with how much the Fight workout jars the back. This was exactly what I needed and got me calmed down and refocused. The hip opening segment is also great I will try it again after my next run. My only complaint is that Les Whisper like coaching style can be hard to follow. I had to turn up the volume a lot.

I will do this again and try others in the bundle. I did the 30 min twists class. Les s voice is very whispery and he s a little chatty so I had to look at the screen often to see where we were. This is the first class of his that I ve taken, so it might just be a style thing that takes a little getting use to.

I feel amazing after this class. It was a little fast paced compared to my usual routine, but very deep stretches and left me feeling energized and with a sense of ecstasy.

This class was great. I just completed a run and knew I wanted a yoga class that would stretch out my hips and hamstrings. I took Les class live in Ubud, Bali so I was excited to see him here! He has an easy approach to each posture with refinement cues that help you get deeper, whether your a beginner or more advanced. My hips and hammys definitely feel more open after this great 40 min class!

so far i ve only done the first practice [hips & hams] and the flow is perfect for the "you ll feel it" intensity. the instruction was good enough not to need to look at the screen too often and the modifications really make this an "all levels" class. i will be trying all of his classes in this and the following bundles. =)

This is a really great series. It s interesting, challenging, and fulfilling with accommodations and extra levels included for a range of skill levels. The best part for me as an advanced beginner/intermediate was that I felt like I could keep up with the class while getting a taste for some of the advanced poses and binds that I m not quite ready for yet.

Loved it. Lots of variety in one class.

Have you had a chance to fall? Les has an outstanding ability to challenge for your best while accepting whatever you have brought, at the same time subtly allowing you to accept it as well. Whether there s room for more or not. I ll be taking all of his classes and repeating. Thank you.

Wonderful balance of opening poses and strength poses. When I m feeling a bit playful in my practice, I always take a Les class!! (Note: this class is 40 minutes NOT 30 minutes.)
