Les- please bring back more shanti flows!!!! Such a great quick practice!!
Love les! Great, invigorating classes to open up the body. Like the advanced options that i think some fear here not being in studio to supervise.
i did the prana shakti flow class and it was a bit tough but fun. the pace was faster than most of the classes i ve tried on this site and is more of an advanced class. though i couldn t get into all of the full poses the class gave me something to strive for. =) will definitely do this one again.
Sidestretch class was just what I needed for tight right side and hip. Awesome class.
I love Les Leventhal s classes; they are all excellent and I love that each one has a different focus.
I did the side stretching class, and it was wonderful. Classes that emphasis side bends and stretching are a rare treat here at YD, and I would love to see more. This class was more mellow than what I am used to in yoga, but it was perfect for opening up the sides of the body (including the neck). I get quite tight, especially in the area where the hip flexors attach to the back, and this class really opened those areas up. Les does a good job of cuing and pacing.
