This class was way too advanced for me but I still really enjoyed it. Les makes it seem so easy and low key. Thanks.

Parts of the arm session were very difficult but the we spent a good amount of time just lying on the ground. So it was a mix of very hard and nothing. Also it was an extended shavasana. I feel like I can do that on my own .

i did the arm balancing practice and it s really fun. there is not much flow to this class...it s more of a workshop though if you ve never tried any of these arm balances you might feel a bit rushed. i really liked all the balances [though i could not fully do them all] and the variations for getting into some of them. i will definitely do this one again.

I really like the first class of this bundle, but the second one is not on the same level at all. I was expecting an intro to arm balancing, but everyone is already in crow 30 seconds into the class. I suppose the concept of bundles is not great when classes of different levels are put together.

This is a well thought out & creative flow.. The cues are easy to understand. Les gives lots of options. Enjoy!

This was GREAT! As a yoga instructor myself, it s sometimes difficult to find a both challenging and peaceful class. Les has it all - he s got that zen-ish vibe about him that inspires you to give your best, yet always respecting your body s limitations. Wonderful practice, which I will surely try again!

I did the arm balances component. now THAT S what I m talkin about! wow! I loved just watching him do the poses. DUDE! he floated into crow! it was gorgeous! there s just SO much I liked about this video. 4 different models, each one taking the pose to a different level. he brought us back to our intention a time or 2 during the course. I could go on and on. definitely keeping this one!

I did the Vinyasa Flow from this bundle and I really enjoyed it. I appreciated Les playful spirit. I found it challenging, yet approachable and I liked that his choice of poses and their flow offered something unique. I often find the average Vinyasa class to be good enough, but ultimately a little stale (same poses with little variation). So, yay for Les! I ll definitely be checking out more of his classes.
On another note, I would t recommend this class to a beginner (I d call this Intermediate). His cues are helpful for those who already have a foundation, but for someone still learning proper alignment and form (and still driven by ego) they might end up pushing themselves into poses they aren t ready for and/or with poor form (thus not receiving the wonderful benefits!).

The upper body workout was a wonderful choice for me today (with my sore legs). He really let me play around with arm-focused poses, making me feel more confident in my own strength. And, as always, whenever I want a more playful practice I choose a Les class.

Absolutely love Les! His yogic style is affirming, simple yet challenging, and incredibly empowering yet soothing. I own every single one of his videos and highly recommend them all!!
