Sun Salutions class:
I have done 108 Sun Salutiions a few times for the start of different seasons with different teachers and found it very meditative and relaxing. This class does not do 108 of them but enough to find not only peace and joy but a little more energy after an early morning practice.
I LOVED IT!!!
The first five mins is a variation of kneeling sun sals into a child s pose to ease into it. Around the 15 min mark he throws in 4 chair poses (I am not a fan of that but four is not many).
Upon rising into high mountain, I added a backbend with cactus arms prior to going into the heart center pose because I need more heart opening in my life. Kneeling savasana was different in a good way but hand position was awkward for me. I will substitute lotus hands in future.
Very Lovely Class-I will be adding this to my favorites.

Forward fold class: was very relaxing. Between Les s voice and the music, I found it very soothing. No strenuous poses, just forward fold variations held for a while. Great for stretching hamstrings. Pidgeon pose near end. There is a savasana as well. Would highly recommend. I will be doing this one again.

Only had time for the intermediate vinyasa today. As mentioned, slow, methodical vinyasa, not fast enough for an ADHD day. Nice & relaxing. Moderate challenge. Not really sweaty, because of the slow pace & only 30 minutes. Audio & video quality not great, but his voice is very soothing. Despite never having done this sequence before, I found myself instinctively moving with him, even when I couldn t hear him well.

Les is great. His vinyassa flows are always a complete practice

Forward Bend Class: This was terrific. The sequencing and pace were excellent. The poses are all well-known (and often done) so it s about the doing and the experiencing, rather than learning complex vinyasa.

I love this class it is my favorite. I repeat it often. When I am done I feel so aspirated, exercised and stretched, and I feel I have honored the powers that be. Lovely flow and rhythm.

I did the intermediate vinyasa, which is such a freeing and serene class. I enjoyed Les s minimal style and rejuvenating, interesting sequence, and the space the slower pace allowed to cultivate calm.
The audio quality is not great. Les s voice is very soft and somewhat muffled, but this doesn t detract from the quality of the instruction.

so far i ve only done the "forward folds" class [in this bundle] and it was a slower paced class with nice deep stretches. i pulled something in my hip about a week ago and this helped loosen up the tightness i ve been feeling without making me feel like i had to push too hard. will be trying all of Les classes in the future. =)

My favorite of all of the YogaDownload classes I have taken. Les gave small adjustment suggestions that helped me. He also includes variations for students of all levels. When you have an hour, definitely try this one!

Slow, challenging vinyasa. Short and effective. Left me feeling very zen.

A great 30 minute class. Precise & clear cues... Not reliant on sun sals...

Awesome. Caution to the beginner, listen to the cues on how to modify and don t overdo.

Sun Salutations were challenging in a great way. Some fun variations. Audio was fine on this section.

Les seems to be a sincere, straightforward teacher without a lot of excess "fluff", which I really like. The content of this class is also straightforward and easy to follow with some nice silent moments between teaching cues. I am giving this three stars because the audio is quite poor. Les voice is muffled, the background music is repititive and the sound overall is filled with static. I had to work a little extra hard to stay present and filter out my frustration with the audio.
