This is a pretty good class- you don t break a sweat but it s diverse enough to hit a lot of areas. This is totally petty, but the instructor s pronunciation of "forward" really distracted me. Yes, it s about focusing on the practice but all the same, I found it a little annoying.

I love this practice! It s challenging, yet really gets into the tight places from running. It feels good on the XT or rest days during training. She incorporates some fun variations on traditional asanas, and I like her choice of models. The only part I wasn t keen on was the music.

Really enjoyed this class. Well paced and a good balance of strength and stretches which is perfect for us runners.

I enjoyed the class, but the woman on the right kept side-eying the camera. It became quite irritating halfway through the video.

I liked this class a lot, sometimes I feel tight on the days I m not running and this is great for opening up and stretching in-between runs.

I am a recreational runner, and experience all of the typical tightness that she addresses with this workout. I have been faithfully going through Yoga for Runners 2 twice a week, and am already impressed with how it is improving my overall movement, ease of running, and flexibility issues. If you are a runner, this is an adaptable, well-paced, targeted yoga workout that may help you as much as it has me.

I did this practice yet again this morning; it is one of my favorites, and still challenges me. Several hours later, I can still feel the effects in my hips, and am reminded to keep returning to this to counter-balance my tight running muscles. I especially appreciate the quad stretches, that I can finally do without a strap.

This was a great stretch to complement my 5k training. Will try and fit into my weekly training routine

What a great video this was! It was a little cardio with the Vinyasas and lots of stretching and opening for the hips. I will definitely make this a part of my training.

I really enjoyed the class. Just did it after an indoor cycle class & it s just what my quads, hips, & hamstrings needed. I ran yesterday and feeling tight. This is an all levels class with modifications & progressions. Instructor has a soothing voice and nice pace for this type of class.

having run and biked a lot in the last few days and having missed my normal yoga class at my local studio this class was just what i was looking for. it s the perfect mix of feeling a good stretch and backing off when needed. if you are a triathlete or runner this is the perfect class for you

Definitely a class designed for runners/athletes.
It was exactly what I needed today to release tightness before my next run. The pace of the class is perfect for all levels, and allows you to move into the poses and find depth.
I will be practicing this flow very often.

This was definitely an all levels class. It s easy enough for the beginner yet offers chances to take more advanced postures. The poses were held a little shorter than what I m used to but the sequencing was great and it was a gentle flow/stretch. This class is great cross training for anyone doing marathon training or for your "rest" days. I really enjoyed it.
