Yoga is an excellent compliment to your running routine and will work to lengthen and strengthen the muscles and tendons that tighten after a run. It's also an excellent tool to help prevent injuries as yoga works to create a balance between both sides of the body. This class is designed to stretch those very areas that runners need most, including quads, hamstrings, calves and hip flexors, and will complete your workout perfectly. Use this quick 20 min class just after your run, or any time you need a short and effective strengthening stretch. **This class is also part of our Yoga for Runners Package!

good
Wonderful, short class. Kylie is very thorough & very descriptive. One thing I noticed, which it didn t bother me was that in the "cool down" stage was a little fast. But, since the entire flow was quick it was fine for me. Thank you. Namaste.
Good hip opener. Quick moving, nice flow
I did this class after a run and my hips feel so much better already. Good balance of poses for a short and sweet release!
Short & sweet, loved it! Feeling great after my run!
Nice short class that focused on lengthening legs. I found the flow to be just right and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
The poses were great for getting to all those tight spots after a run, but I struggled a little to keep up with the pace. And I did find the instructions a little confusing at times - I ll have to study the pose guide and try again!
I went into this class with very tight hips, especially my right hip, hamstrings, quads, etc. I don t run a lot but the muscles that this rotuine works were all tight! After doing just the 25 minute class, I feel more loose and, especially my hips, feel much better! Even if you are not a runner, I highly recommend giving this class a go, especially if you have tight hips or hamstrings.
