What a great stretch and workout. The flow was a little repetitive, and I did get a little bored about halfway through, but that s exactly when the focus switched to the dancer/chapasana (sp?) focus.
I was expecting a little more build up/more hanumanasana but I am ultimately left feeling Really Good.

First time I have done this class and it was challenging I was pouring sweat in the Australian winter
Substituted side crow as still working on arm balances but will try and do once a week
Great class but I definitely need practice

Loved this class and how it built in intensity. Just the right amount of
challenge for me. Pose variations that were new for me. I feel like each time I take this class I will see improvement as I get stronger and more flexible.

Not a class for those with shoulder issues. Must have been at least 30 chaturangas. Feel like I didn t get much out of it since I had to go to downdog all those times.

I love when a class is challenging because it works those neglected muscles we forget about. This class does exactly that.

A solid routine for stretching the quads. It is very much focused on building one sequence so I got a little bored, but at the end, my legs felt great.

Wow, this was a fabulous and challenging class! There were several poses I ve never tried (and I definitely have to try them again before mastering them). It was a lot of hard work, but I feel like I really grew in this practice.

I love how in this class I was able to attain postures that are usually out of my reach due to very tight runners hamstrings. Channing does a wonderful job opening up and warming up the body in order for you to be successful in the peak postures. I always love Channing s creativity and voice. Both are evident in this soothing flow. Thanks for a much needed hour of peace at the end of a busy day.

I seriously NEVER managed to do the splits... not even as a child. I ve been doing THIS vid once every week for about three months now and today I actually succeeded in doing a full split, no block or hand on floor needed. I m beyond proud of myself. Thank you, Channing, for easing me into it! ;))

If I could give this class more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Channing s style is phenomenal! I wish I could take her classes in person. She exudes calmness and patience, while encouraging you to find your edge. I worked up a sweat and felt my body really settle into savasana at the end. Thanks again, Channing!

Very accessible to my level - gave me something to reach for. Worked up a great sweat. Fantastic instruction, flow was perfect speed to keep with breathe.

Nice 60 class. Definitely worked up a sweat! Great for those that are looking to open up hips and hamstrings(runner, CrossFit ...). Very little instruction as I believe this class is meant for a practitioner with experience. Overall good class

I LOVE this class. I LOVE Channing. She is so amazing! Her teaching is so calming and centering. This flow is beautiful and expressive, and exactly what I personally needed today to decompress my sore hips, hamstrings, and lower back. This is my second favorite class on the whole site, second only to Channing s Detox Flow, which I think is the best class available. I highly recommend both! Thank you YDL and Channing :)

A wonderful class, with challenging postures and a nice, continual flow. Would ve given 5-stars except there wasn t any "closure" to the class after savasana... would ve liked a definitive end to the practice.

I look forward to classes led by Channing. Her instruction is clear and concise. The flow and rhythm of the classes is smooth and the words she uses are varied, not repetitive like many other teachers. Sequences are carefully mapped in a way that you build upon the previous asana, challenging your body and mind to move deeper or to expand more. Channing is not afraid to lead her students into more advances postures; something not commonly found with online classes (and also a lot yoga studios).
