This is my absolute favourite class for after a run. I ve been doing it for a couple of years now, and it never gets old.

I have this one saved in my phone because it s the perfect length if I m out somewhere without my mat, or even out of town with no internet. I ve returned to this class time and time again. She has excellent cues for being an audio class and goes through the PERFECT stretches for a runner s hips and hamstrings. I thought it would be slow moving because it s "post-run", but it is well-paced. 25 minutes makes it short enough to squeeze in after any workout, of course!

Kylie is a great instructor and makes it easy to follow this audio class. My reason for 4.5 and not 5 stars is this one was a bit boring. Lots of sun salutations, and not much else. I was expecting a bit more for a Post Run stretch class.

I love Kylie s style and flow sequences, but this isn t the first class of hers that s made my lower back seize up from doing a twist so early in the routine. I was very warm from my previous workout, but my lumbar spine wasn t ready to be wrung out. :(

Perfect amount of flow and stretch. I wasn t looking for another workout after my cardio run workout, just some light breathing and deep stretching. This class hit the button! I did stay in some of the hip stretches a little longer than the time given. Thank you!

Fantastic quick post run routine. This will be my go to from now on. Only issue I had was with "runner s frog". Maybe pictures/ video to show newer poses? If you added one of these, it would be 5 stars!

The email featuring this free download could not have come at a better time. My hips and ankles have been hurting after many straight days of kickboxing. This class was quick and to the point. I feel 100% better after doing it. The audio was super easy to follow. This is a must have if you have tight hips from running, cycling or kickboxing.
