Wonderful practice. Mindfully intense, felt healthful for body and brain alike. Will return to this and others in this series. Thank you!!

Excellent class but would be better if accompanied by video.

This is a lovely, well-rounded class. Dawnelle is a great teacher!

I did the 45 minute class. It was a good basic flow, but I would say more "You ll feel it" than "Bring a towel." I wish YDL scored intensity out of 10 not 4. This class would be a 6

Another gem by Dawnelle. I am so glad I decided to go back to my old classes--so much better than most of the new stuff... This class is complete; challenging yet doable, harmonious flow. Good for runners and everyone else alike.

Fantastic class. Love Dawnelle s soothing voice. Thank you.

Dawnelle is an outstanding teacher, and as a runner I have been doing this practice for about a decade. It builds you up slowly yet confidently to a place of great stretch & release for hips, psoas, and hamstrings. Really fantastic.

This is a great class! I run and cycle as well as my weekly yoga, so this class really does focus on those muscle groups in the legs & hips that I need. I ve done the 20, 30, and 45 min classes. The more time you can invest, the better!

How did I miss this class before. Such an essential runners yoga series. Excellent

I really liked the idea of this class especially the customization. Of course in an audio program the instructor needs to use more words than what is needed in a video and in class so naturally she will need to be more wordy. I would have preferred if her cuing was a little slower to allow time to respond my movement before jumping to the next pose.

Good and challenging flow. I completed this practice after a mile run and I would have liked a few more hip openers and hamstring stretches. However, overall it offers a nice practice.

I typically like Dawnelle s classes, but this one I didn t really like. I really think the title is misleading - I was looking for a release after running and this wasn t it. I m giving it 3.5 stars because she s a great teacher. I won t be doing this one again.

I went for a walk/jog and followed it up with the 20 minutes audio class. I m not sure what makes this sequence unique for runners, but it was a decent enough sequence for stretching me out and heating me up post-workout. I am not sure if I will incorporate it into my routine but it is worth trying.

I m a pretty keen runner, and for some time the almost daily morning routine has been a short run followed by one of Dawnelle s yoga for runners classes. With time, the running has become a reason to do the yoga part rather than only being a complement. Thanks!

I did the 20 minute class after my run, nice short class.

Love this! My hip has been really tight and after only doing this twice it feels so much better. This is going to become a part of my weekly workout.

Great class. Felt fantastic afterward. Definitely a workout on it s own, but add it to the end of a day that started with a long run, and you ll sleep like a baby.

awesome class! perfect after a run. but like another review mentioned, also great on its own! :)

Not sure I completely agree that this is good for after another form of exercise, it is a workout on its own! Extra stretching is incorporated into nearly every pose and that was highly appreciated.

I feel absolutely fantastic after this class. I ve started doing the 20 minute version every single day, and it makes training for my triathlon so much easier. It gets at EXACTLY the right muscles. If you re a runner, you absolutely MUST try this.

My legs are so happy and relaxed right now :)
I just did the 20-min workout, and it was great (especially to help unwind my poor body from the miles of torture I put it through yesterday)! I was a little confused about the transitions from one pose to another at one point (namely the extended side-angle I thought could have been a bit better explained), but that was a lovely yoga session that challenged me but did not make me sweat; I d even consider squeezing in one of these before work!

I agree with another commenter - Dawnelle is excellent! Very intense, but I like that. This is actually a 25 min class (the one that says 20), and it s the perfect length in my opinion. I do it on days I run, and it s not only good for stretching the areas I work, but also - more importantly - strengthening them! I find it really helps me focus on my imbalances and address them. Definitely recommended.

I really like this class, but the pose guide doesn t seem to match what the class says to do for the 20 minute version.

I have both the 20 minute and the 60 minute versions and love them both! The full workout was a little challenging at first, but it s easy to modify some of the poses, some of which are suggested in the workout. I really enjoy the instructor too. She s one of my favorites!

I love this class. It has really helped me get started with Yoga. I feel much better after my runs and this Yoga workout!

This is a terrific class! I`m not a runner, I`m a chef so I`ve renamed it: "Yoga for Chefs (who spend 10-15 hours a day on their feet)!" The pace is great as is the challenge, particularly on days when I`m very tight. I love it!

I run, I do yoga - I like this class! Gets into those spots that tighten up on the road - a great alternate day option.

I thought this was a fun and challenging class. I was glad to see some poses from Dawnelle`s hip-opener practice, plus other poses that felt really great. Though it was challenging, it was accessible, with some great stretches. I felt wonderful after this practice!
