A well sequenced class that culminated feeling strong and warm enough to complete a wheel pose

It s mostly been said by the other reviewers, but I wanted to add my praise for this well-sequenced and paced class accompanied by Kylie s excellent cueing and alignment tips. It builds perfectly throughout flows that repeat with additions, in such a way that I felt sure- footed and ready for each backbend as it arose. Enough rests so I didn t feel overwhelmed, and no fluff or fuss to confuse me or put me off. Well done Kylie, and Thank You !

Great flow! It was just the right pace and level of challenge for the advanced beginner. All of the body cues were very helpful, and her attitude was really warm and encouraging.

Another great class by Kylie. Great cueing and a creative standing sequence. Awesome integration of backbends throughout. I will do this one again.

I loved this class! I m an athlete, and I was looking for an active rest day class. I really love the Gentle series on Yoga Download, but I was looking for a little bit more. I prefer slower moving flow classes so that I can tend to my injuries as I move. This class was perfect for those needs! The sequencing was amazing as well--it really helped me to move into the backbends.

This was a great class. I would have loved an inversion at the end, but other than that had all the elements of a complete practice along with the theme of backbends building towards bridge and wheel. The level of difficulty was great - definitely challenging and the flow and pacing of the class was perfect. I really liked her and will look for more classes she teaches.

Beautiful class Kylie. This class is a perfect practice for the mornings. It s nice gentle stretching and not exhausting. I ll be returning to this one.

That was an awesome class!! Her cueing is so good, and even though I have been practicing for a while, there were new alignment tips throughout. If you are a morning yoga person, just know that this is a 60 minute class, not 50..and I tend to have my morning time down to the minute, so just plan for a full hour!

Excellent class - great instruction and cues throughout without it being "too much." I gained a new perspective and better alignment on postures I ve done 1000 times. I feel energized and calm after this - definitely recommend.
