I really enjoyed this class! A slightly different style of restorative yoga, which is slightly more active than some other classes I have done. I found the instruction very easy to follow and felt great at the end of the class.

I am in treatment for non Hodgkins Lymphoma and tried this routine to step back into exercising. It is amazing. It got my blood flowing and made me feel good from this inside out!

I didnt care for this class. Some of the poses were very uncomfortable for me. I also didn t like how the instructor was sitting all over the model and massaging him. Was a little too much.

I was having trouble getting myself to exercise and this was a perfect way to start. It was very relaxing and calm. My body feels great after a long day.

This is a class I will do again & again. One of the beautiful things about yoga is the many different styles, paces, & levels. When I am in a class, which is historically how I have mostly practiced, I often find I want to move slower & holds positions longer than the instructor allows time for. I understand this is the nature of many classes. This class gave me the ability to do just that! I had time to move deeply into the stretches/positions. I liked that the instructor assisted the model, massaging him & gently guiding him deeper into the stretches. The only complaint I have with this class is that her voice was a tad bit too soft & I had too turn the volume up quite a bit to hear her. Beautifully done!

Really relaxing and slow class, just what you need to unwind your mind before bedtime after a stressful day. If you are tired it s easy to fall asleep in some of the most comfy poses.

A bolster is needed for some poses. Generally enough cuing is given to get into and maintain the pose. Though I found myself glancing at the screen a couple times to initially get into a pose. Nice long stretches of silence. Overall a very relaxing practice.
