Feel the Heat

Pradeep Teotia

This practice encourages you to kick it up a notch, warm the body, and really feel the intensity of your practice. We start with a seated meditation, then move into Sun Salutations, strong standing poses, twists, and balances. We also practice backbends and exercises to strengthen the core. As usual, Pradeep's instruction is peppered with his unique wisdom and more than a few smiles.

This is an excellent class for those days when you want to go deep into your practice and move the prana energy. Also good for times when you're feeling stuck in your head and need to bring yourself into the body. Feel the heat. Be in your yoga.
