I consider this advanced, not intermediate, because the pace is so fast. The poses are being called out and 1 second later another is being called. It s extremely difficult to follow on my phone, The verbal descriptions are lacking. Also the last few minutes are pilates, not yoga. Day 5 is definitely not my favorite!

This was an amazing class! It was challenging enough to work up a minor sweat, but totally approachable. I loved the mantra and focus. And, best of all, it was a very creative flow that kept me interested and focused. I ll definitely be coming back to this one!

While I enjoyed this class, it s a little fast for me. I have been practicing yoga for many years but found the flows a little too quick and the cues not quite sufficient to just do the pose without having to look at the screen, which broke my attention. The poses were all accessible to me except crow pose which came up suddenly and with very little time to actually get into the pose and hold it. I did this class as part of the 2022 Yoga Challenge so probably would not have done it otherwise.

took this class on day 1 and enjoyed it immensely. the teacher is knowledgeable and speaks clearly and is easy to understand. Loved the sequencing especially eka pada to airplane flow.
