Channing Grivas

This class is an opportunity to just move and feel your body in various shapes. Expect some binds (strap may be needed), balancing, inversions, stretching and holding some poses for strengthening purposes. There is also some bhanda (abdominal lock) work. Birds of Paradise will be introduced. Just have fun guys!! Find some wind in your wing feathers ;)
