Absolutely adored this - was the right blend of mentally, physically and emotionally challenging. Was paced and set at exactly the right level - if things felt to intense or I was struggling to feel the connection, I simply paused the video to reconnect. That s the beauty of yoga download. Excellent pacing. There were some unique transitions that were fun and surprising. I only got through half of the class because I have a small sprain in my neck. When it gets better I’m sure I will return again.

I ve always found twists to be rather anxiety-inducing, and this practice just didn t feel good. I was hoping this would be adressed but I just pushed my way through the practice with little enjoyment...

Great twists and hip openers with new twists and different flow making this fun and challenging. Also, it s full of great hip openers. Kudos to the model who was graceful entering and exiting poses she was a pleasure to follow.

Wow, Channing s voice, the singing during chavassana was just about the sweetest surprise I ve ever experienced on YD. The class itself is great, very very very deep twists. I couldn t get into most of the open arm variations, but I feel thoroughly detoxed, and that wonderful mediation at the end really kept me in the zone.I wish more classes were without the generic music like this one, they really are the ones that take me away.

Oh, this was exactly what I needed. An entire flow dedicated to twists, quite literally! I will definitely be taking this class on a weekly basis. Excuse me for being crude but this along with a colonic is absolutely incredible for deep cleansing!
Thank you so much for your time in this class. Excellent cues and just a brilliant combination.

Great sequencing, lovely teaching. Its pretty challenging/advanced, so I think I ll wait a bit, but I ll definitely get back to this one some time!

This was a wonderful class. The intensity built gradually and was never to a point I didn t think I could keep going or modify to my needs. The instructors directions and voice are very clear and soothing. Very enjoyable and just what I needed

What a no frills but beautifully challenging class. I was sweating but never thought bailing out was an option. The instructor is clear and sequenced everything beautifully.

This was a great flow. Easy to follow, very straight-forward, challenging but not too challenging. I like Channing s simple style - not a lot of "fluff" in her cueing and some silent space.

Great class, awesome twists. Channing has a calming voice and cues very clearly. I will do this one again. She offers some very nice variations for more experienced yogis but doesn t expect it of everyone.

Wonderful! Loved the singing, Loved the twists, cues, and explanations, and Loved how the instructor stayed "with us" all the way through the final pose and to the namaste. (: Felt like a live yoga class!!

A very nice detox yoga. Full of twists, as expected. As others have said, this is not an easy class, but definitely well-balanced and rewarding. Recommended for anyone who wants a good detox flow.

This, and all of Channing s classes are so wonderful. She teaches me at least one if not ten new things, each time I practice. And, for that I am grateful. Please add more of her classes!
