There is a lot of good stretching and twisting in this class (which I did on a Thursday as recommended). However as others have indicated it can be a little difficult to follow the flow without looking up which is a problem if you are either upside down or have been told to face the back of the mat The end was a bit abrupt from savasana to namaste without being guided out.

Geenie is a great instructor! I did this class on a day when I d run five miles and did an hour of barre, so my legs really appreciated the long stretches. Cueing is perfectly good for non-beginners. I m saving this one to repeat.

(Note--the astrology thing is a huge turnoff for me but I just skip the intro and it s not mentioned again. Thank you for minimizing the nonsense!)

Based on other reviews, I thought I d be quite lost at times, but that wasn t really the case. A couple of instances, I had to look at the video, but no more than in other classes. It was a very interesting series of poses that moved at a steady pace, which I really enjoyed. Most of the class is done standing, but a constant shift in flow. I d take more classes from this teacher!

Seemed like a good sequence at first but I kept wondering if I missed the cue to change sides, seemed like 10-15 min went by before we did same on other side with a lot of similar poses in between. Lost me on the one leg transitioning with no change to sides, again thought I missed it but seemed 5 min with no break for 2 feet again or change. Then some time later I saw that repeat on other side. I agree that cueing was off for me too, felt like I should stop and watch to get it. Definitely not my flow class. Thanks anyway.

I’ve done this flow several times and really appreciate the secinct queues. I am an experienced practitioner and appreciate being able to focus on the flow and not have to be slowed by too much explanation. Really great hip opener.

Great flow, though instructor calls poses too quickly, without enough instruction as to the direction of the next posture. May be ok if your eye is on the video the entire time.

I loved this flow! It was quite different and to be honest I was a little concerned with the previous reviews about the lack of cues but it was perfect for me. I barely had to look at the screen and I could easily follow the instructions. This class is exactly what I needed today and I will be revisiting this flow weekly from now on!

This is a good class, but the instructions are very difficult to follow without cues for left or right arm/leg movements and the use of terms up and down when on the ground that don t make sense. You must be able to see the video to follow this class.

Unusual flow, some excellent hip and hamstring openers; I felt good afterwards. With this said this was the most complicated class in terms of poor cues and instructions and it was more of a intermediate class. It also started too fast, almost impossible to follow at times.

My hamstrings felt so open after this class, and I really enjoyed all the movies. But I had a really hard time following it. I kept getting turned around, never knew which side I was supposed to be on. At times, I didn t know what moves the instructor was having us do. I think this is one where you d need to watch it once or twice before attempting it. If you do that, it would be a great class. But, on the first go, I found it pretty confusing.

This is a GREAT FLOW!

I would categorize it as Intermediate rather than "everyday namaste" because the flow starts quickly and cueing often happens when you are moving into a pose rather than before it.

Bring a block or two and a strap and get ready to dial in your listening skills and move right into flow.

I very much enjoyed standing splits, gate pose, and triangle, as well as the Goddess variation.

I had to glance at the screen a time or two for poses that were unfamiliar to me, but I could always back down to a modification of a pose I knew.

Very interesting, fun, dare I say FUNKY flow that got my body warm and limber and prepared me for my day.

Have fun with this flow and do it a few times to memorize the moves. I can see myself returning to this one over and over again!
