This is perfect for beginners. The poses are smooth and easy. (There are no downward dogs or planks.) Larry includes a corpse pose in the middle of the routine, which is unusual and helpful.

I ve done this class several times now and believe it s an excellent class for a beginner.
So many "beginner" classes are too advanced and too long - this is a perfect balance for a beginner and I m going to keep returning to it

Great class for the newbies! This was more relaxing than most of the other beginner classes that I have sampled on this site. Calming music. Not a lot of postures to contemplate.

Nice, short intro to yoga video. A few basic poses and a step-by-step description of how to achieve poses and transition between poses. Relaxing background music and it has a good focus on correct breathing technique, which is helpful for newbies.

Good Basic poses and it is very slow movement for any beginner.
