Hi, Patricia from the Netherlands here. I had a little delay but I started today with the 24-day challenge.
I enjoyed the lesson, it was my first lesson at yogadownload. I’m curious what this periode is gonna bring me.
I already planned to integrate more yoga in my daily routine, so hopefully this challenge will help me.

I love this class!
During instruction, Ben is very sweet and thorough.
I, personally, would consider it "every day Namaste," as the "Ahhh" classes I do usually are more meditation.
I like Ben a lot, and this class is easy, relative to his other classes, but not quite what I consider to be "Ahhh..."

I did this class in the evening after a long day at the computer. Ben did a great job of gently guiding us through the stretching poses. There were a few new ones for me which I enjoyed. I can see how this would be energizing in the morning or relaxing in the evening.

While I was doing this class I was thinking this is way too easy and slow, perhaps I should of challenged myself today instead. To my surprise, once I went into that last child s pose, my mind felt very a peace. I am now drinking my black peach tea on my patio and feel so calm.

I tried this class as part of the Yoga Download challenge and it was just what I needed: some great stretches, a number of standing twists and overall nice flow to get the body & heat moving without being too intensive for first thing in the morning.
I loved being able to choose between child s pose and shavasana for the final pose to suit the day I had ahead.

This flow is going into my daily practice. Ben Dvis was right, you can do this in the morning or anytime. I found after a long day that this flow eased a lot of tension and muscle pain.

This is the first time I ve done one of Ben s classes and it was perfect. Very simple, easy to follow instructions and the flow was gentle and slow enough for an older beginner to follow. Felt great on my back, hamstrings and neck, too.

I was worried this would go fast. So grateful for a slow and gentle flow. Although I have done all kinds of yoga over 25 years - I am older and out of practice. I really appreciate the slow flow. Not so sure abt the chataranga at the end for my old shoulders - but the body awakening flow was just right!
