This class really is the perfect wake up class. I found it through the morning yoga program. When i had completed it, I went to mark it as a favorite and, lo and behold, I had already marked it as a favorite. So past Rhonda and today s Rhonda don t lie - this is one to come back to any morning you need to get your kinks worked out and your day started. The pace is perfect for morning.

I’ve been on a 3 week road trip in an RV. I did have some yoga opportunities but also a lot of sitting while traveling. I needed this class in the worst way and it helped me in the best way to lubricate all the joints and relieve a lot of stiffness. Great opening stretches but also some strengthening postures. Kylie’s instruction, as always, is excellent.

It says in the describtion this class is for all levels but it s not very beginner friendly. As a beginner I wasn t able to follow along with the class, it was too fast. Just as I was getting into some positions the coach switched to another (quickly and effortlessly) and it got frustrated to the point I turned it off.
Will maybe check it out again in about 6 months to a year or so.

After participating in the 2020 Challenge with many new teachers, styles, and classes, it felt great to take one of Kylie s classes again! I love the flow of this class and the combination of movements. The C-curve during cat-cow always feels great, and I appreciate the different options Kyle gives for many of the poses. Putting my head on one arm during puppy pose really helps me from putting too much strain on my shoulders.

Awesome! I love that this practice focused on unilateral work. The twisting and stretching side series for an AM routine was a much needed change from the standard sun salutation work. Perfect morning class - I ll have to try out more from this instructor! Really makes you aware of how you re feeling on a given morning. The first time through, I would have really wanted a savasana at the end - I was clearly exhausted. The next time, I found the class easier and was raring to go. Just wonderful and no froufrou!

This is a great class to do when you re feeling pain or extreme tightness in your lower back or neck and shoulders. I love this class on weekends when I have a half hour to spare, but on workdays I can do parts of it.
I ve found that after a stressful day at my computer or driving home in bumper to bumper traffic, this class really helps to soften all my tight knots and painful lower back. After I ve finished the full class, I am open and calm for the rest of my evening. Love it!

I have been away from yoga for about a month and was looking for something to ease me back in - I m 61 and I knew that I would need some gentle stretches. This class was a great way to start back. I will definitely take the class again, and will look for other classes with this instructor. She gives clear cues and good instruction for checking alignment. Very easy to follow.

I love this class. Just the right length of time to get your body moving and stretched. I feel like every bit of my body has been attended to. Not sure I agree with the ahhh rating as I found some of the poses fairly strong. The class itself however is excellent and the instructor great.

Excellent, with modifications, good length, accessible for anybody with basic yoga foundation, upbeat but not in your face or overly aggressive. Good concise articulation, friendly teacher. Just right - stretch and flow for any time. I love this class! It is a nice half-hour with excellent cueing and starts with slow stretches before moving into flows.
My upper back and neck are particularly tight, so the cat-cows and variations as well as the puppy poses and twists safely and effectively unlock this trouble area for me.
In just 30 minutes I felt stretched, awakened, energized, and ready for my day.

This was an EXCELLENT class that went at a wonderful pace! Not too slow or too fast. The only reason I didn t give it a full five stars is because there is just a *bit* too much mat work in the beginning for my taste. However the whole class is a really fantastic body opener and allowed my very tight hamstrings (due to a few too many lunges after not working out for awhile) to loosen up a lot, while not pushing anything - which was such a relief! Its about as relaxing as Vinyasa can get. Thanks, Kylie!

I like the idea of moving/getting on my mat every day, however some mornings a challenging flow (or any flow for that matter) is not manageable. This class is the perfect solution for those days. There s a ton of gentle movement and lots of stretching. You ll feel an inch taller, and be better off for not missing a day on your mat!
