Thank you Elise, this is my favourite class to calm down before bed after a stressful day and even helps so much against migrane attacks by calming the nervous system and streching out the neck and the back in a soft way.

Since my shoulder injury I ve become a bit of a fan of yin yoga In fact, despite starting a stressful new job last week, my fitbit tells me my resting heart rate is the lowest it s been since I got it 18 months ago! I ll definitely keep doing yin as long as I need to and then I ll make sure to incorporate it into my week

I ve never been so grateful for back pain!
I selected this class because I had a specific amount of time and my back was hurting from housework.
I found an excellent instructor!
I did watch the screen when she suggested, and quickly found that her instructions are so clear that I didn t need to look up to see what she was doing. The breathing techniques are scientifically on point with Stephen Porges Polyvagal Theory. That alone was incredibly impressive.
Great class, great pacing, great results!

Way too much talking in this class, especially for Yin Yoga. Quietness is essential in Yin Yoga to offer space to go inward, but not much of that in this class unfortunately. A lot of the talking could have easily been left out as it doesn t adding anything to the class, instead it is distracting and unsettling.

I did enjoy this and the instruction was very clear. However (my problem) the nature of Yin Yoga means I should have practised in a warmer room and I think I would prefer to do this after activity rather than after a rather sedentary afternoon.

This was the first time I ve tried Yin Yoga and was a little surprised at the amount of tension I hadn t realised I was holding in my body. I obviously need to start incorporating more Yin Yoga in to my practice! Although it says that the bolster is optional, I found a few of the poses a little difficult to achieve without one and I wouldn t attempt this class again without a bolster to assist. I do feel nice and relaxed after the class though.

Loved it. Slow and relaxing. I did this on a day when i just couldn t muster any energy for a flow class. Really opened my neck and upper back where i am always tight as well as hips. Pleasant voice, easy to follow.

I did this two (very sore) days after an intense workout. "Ahhhh!" is right. It was slow-paced and relaxing, but I think I still managed to get a lot of the tension out of my poor muscles. Thank you!
