This was lovely. I had not done this class for a long time as doing Yoga thru a studio in my home town, Covid has made them on line as well. I have a flare up of back pain due to imbalance and this class is what I needed. Thank you Jackie.

This video felt like magic. After tossing and turning for two hours in the middle of the night last night, I finally got up and did this video. I added a couple of minutes of legs up the wall at the end, went to bed, and fell right to sleep. Thank you so much Jackie!!!!

I first did this class as part of a sleep package I signed up for. I have now done this class several times. It is a wonderful class to do before bed. My husband and I do it together. I am a yoga instructor and he is very much a beginner but we both want to do this class. It is good for everyone.

This is a wonderful class. I particularly loved that the class began with a little bit of movement and activity in the postures and then wound down into a relaxing yin practice. I thoroughly enjoyed this class! Thanks so much!
