A nice slow flow before bed. I really appreciate that Elise makes some shorter practices because somehow 25 minutes just seems so much more manageable when I m up late than 30.

Elise, as always, guided me to exactly the movement and mental space that I was seeking. Never disappointed in any of her classes! This was lovely, relaxing, helped me release tension and re-align my body and mind at the end of the day.

what a wonderful class for just before bed. I loved the simplicity and sense of allowing it offered. At just the right length, it rekeased tension and helped open the joints and lightly stretch all the right muscles. thank you!

This was exactly what I needed for the nights when I m too exhausted to do anything but watch TV or surf the web, but need - and want - to do something good for my body. It was as though Elise had read my mind. Very relaxing. You ll hardly get off the floor, but will feel stretched out and calm.
