The outside setting is perfect for this calming class. It is short as a Yin class yet the effect to my mind is amazing. Now, I feel grounded and clam. Thank you.

I saved this class as a favorite based on the name alone and hadn t taken it until now. Why, why did I wait so long to reap these awesome benefits?! Will definitely be incorporating this into at minimum my weekly rotation.

I ve tried Yin yoga classes before and I really struggle with the long holds of postures. This class was perfect! The holds were long enough to go deep into the postures but not so long that I got bored. Bravo, Kylie! More classes like this please!

I found this class to be gentle yet opening especially in my shoulders and hips. It was very grounding and indeed restorative. She s right, I wouldn t slow down like this on my own but this class showed me I need to. I was able to focus more on my breathing and sensation. I do appreciate what I learned and gained from this class. Thank you!

Why haven’t I done this class before!!! Absolutely wonderfully relaxing and gets into little tight spots I didn’t even know existed! One or two stretches I’ve never done before which I will definitely incorporate into my practice. Thank you kindly I am now completely reset and relaxed ??

Dear Kylie, I am a 42 year old mom of 3. 2 years deep into a 5 year treatment plan for my breast cancer. This past year has been especially tough with emergency surgeries and unexpected infections, on top of global COVID protocols. I repeated your mantra out loud at the end of class and it brought me to tears. Thank you for having faith. In all of us.

I completed this class as part of the current Challenge.
This was a good, restorative class, perfect for a rainy Sunday afternoon. The poses felt good and I felt open and at ease after completing the class.
I gave 4 stars because some of the cuing was a little off for me. I needed to rewind the video a couple of times for two of the poses to fully understand the body placement. I m sorry I don t know the names of the poses to be more clear, but both were twists.

I downloaded this class through my subscription earlier this week and thought it ironic that it was chosen as part of today s 21 day challenge! Definitely a different style than usual, but as the description states, I was glad to take some time to slow down since typically I choose vinyasa style classes. This helped me feel a sense of relief from the general anxiety I ve been struggling with. Thank you Kylie!

I loved this class! It was so relaxing and the instructor s voice was calming and her ques were very nice and well put. The only thing I would say is that two blocks should also be added in the props section of the class overview.

I always seem to find exactly what I need at exactly the right time on YogaDownload and this was it. Not gonna lie, I’ve been letting life drag me around by the teeth. Anxiety levels have been through the roof. I need to make some changes in order to cut down on anxiety medication and tune into balance. Thanks for this. It reminded me what rest really feels like.

These 30 minutes are relaxing, restorative, and fabulous! Loved the focus on the breath at the beginning, and really appreciated the time spent holding the poses. Into the "favorites" column this goes - thanks, Kylie!

Gorgeous! Kylie is so right - it was hard to give myself permission to do such a chilled and slow practice but I loved it. Really enjoyed doing savasana in bridge supported by bolster. One question: what does AF stand for?
