When my lower back hurts, this is my go to class! Only 5 poses and I was worried about the long holds but it was great. My back and hips felt wonderful afterwards. And I was relaaaxed.

This class is a gem. When itβs been a long day and my low back and hips hurt from too much walking or too much sitting, this class is the secret to feeling better in under half an hour. That figure four twist is amazing! Erin makes it feel luxurious and like we have all the time in the world. Even though itβs a short class, she gets several poses in and it never feels rushed. I come back to this one often!

Wonderful short yin practice. I just got back from a long hike and my back was aching. This was the perfect class and i feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I especially loved all the options and modifications Erin presented - super helpful. Her voice is also very calming... I will be doing this one many times over.

I enjoyed this practice as a choice from the current 2 week yoga challenge. It was just what I needed! After several days hard labor in my vegetable garden (lol), this practice loosened my hips and back and refreshed me. Just what I needed!

I don t usually like to do restorative yoga classes but today I had such a long stressful day so when it was a choice in the program I took it and really enjoyed it! It wasn t too long, which I liked and it really helped relax the pain and stress in my back. A great way to wind down at night.

This was a great class! I haven t done much Yin before and I loved it. Easy to follow instructions. Perfect amount of pausing and so many modifications provided. Excellent.

I am not even sure how many times I have done this class. I started when I threw my back out several months ago. Now, it is my go-to for lower back pain and I have even done some of Erin s positions on my own whenever I get a chance. I am always tense in my hips. Love this class! Thank you, Erin!

I really enjoyed this class. I have added it into my rotation for those days when my low back gets angry. Erin s classes are quickly converting me to more Yin classes. I used to dislike them, but I am finding her style to be so caring and soothing.

Quickly relieves my low back and right hip pain. Gentle stretches and twisting wring out the toxins and relax the tensioin. Instructor is knowledgeable and thorough with verbal cues, often offering modifications. My only suggestion would be to start the deer pose on the left side or change camera angle for a better view of foot and fold positioning.

Oh my goodness! Exactly what was needed today. I was prepared to muscle through a class but was so grateful to find that this was all stretching! All stretches were pretty new to me as well. I will keep this as a favorite for a great lower back stretching before bed at night. So relaxing:))

Really enjoyed this and even got into a brand new shape, which is saying something after 15 years of yoga practice. Very much appreciated the use of blocks... I could physically feel my back growing longer along the mat in the supported bridge. My hips are very tight and this was amazing for hips and back!

Really really lovely yin practice in a short amount of time.
I have a bum toe (and am very sore all over thanks to hours of gardening) so I m doing some yin for a few days. I didn t have long today, but this practice felt well rounded despite being only 26 minutes long. Quite the feat!

Thank you for this beautiful class. I have scoliosis & degenerative discs & live with chronic low back pain. Your class has helped me immensely. I was having pain radiating down my right leg & after your class the pain was gone. I love that it is slow so that I can really relax into the positions & get muscles relaxed.
I wish more teachers would realize that once a person has DDD &/or scoliosis: forward folds are no longer in our yoga sequence.
Please add more classes similar to this one for more back health.

Loved the 1st opening twist modification it allowed me to really breath down deep into both my lower back and shoulders and expand the space. Loved this class I slept wrong a few nights ago and my lower back has been achy this fixed it

I ve done a lot of the back practices on Yoga Download, and really like the different focus of this one. I really felt it more in my glutes and outer hips, which I know plays a part of back pain also. But today it really hit that spot that was aching in the middle of the night!
