Very calming and grounded practice. The movements are slow and mindful. This class is perfect for me where I am now. since I am living with back issue. Even though this class is short, yet I feel great. Thank you.

This class is awesome! I haven t practiced yoga in a year or so, and I was worried how this would feel - it was a perfect way to get back into it. Lots of stretching with a little strength thrown in.

This felt sooo good after a long day working on a PC! It totally got rid of the stress I was feeling in my neck and shoulders - even though it focused on the root chakra! Great length so I can favorite it to do it anytime I feel tense in those areas.

Loved this class. It made my day- It was perfect and I especially Love the words of truth shared. I have been working on centering and stillness in my life - It is so easy to get off balanced when circumstances come up. Very nice grounding class. It was part of the self love yoga challenge and I found it to be a perfect class for those days you might have to drag yourself to the mat because you are tired or just feeling burned out and aren t sure you can get through a class. It leaves you in a better space mentally and has enough flow to keep you moving and stretching without making you feel overworked.

The perfect class I didn t know I needed. Wonderful reminder to come back to yourself. A slow moving Hatha that goes by too quickly. Slow, deliberate movement and poses that really help bring you to your center. The words through out and how they are said remind you of what this pausing and rooting does.
