It was important to see how poor my balance was and how quickly it recovered after several repetitive postures!!! Thank you

Perfect balance between flow and balancing, set at a comfortable pace. I really liked Dana s gentle voice throughout the practice.

My favorite part of this class was the reminder to smile and have fun with the windblown tree pose. It reminded me that yoga is more fun when I m not so serious about it!

OK class

OK class. I felt like it was missing something, or maybe needs better cues.

This class is challenging. Couldn t get all the way through the balance sequence the first time but I plan to keep coming back to this every week until I gain the strength to get all the way through.

Nice focus on a challenging balance sequence. Some of the cues were confusing, not because of the use of Sanskrit but because of the shorthand...for instance, just the cue "revolved" for reverse warrior. Also a number of times instead of just cueing the pose "eagle" or "Garuda" she would describe how to get into the pose before telling us where we were going. So, I was crossing my legs without really understanding that I was going to eagle. Not too big a deal and a nice class overall.

Great practice. Good warm up with the sun salutations and I really loved the work on balancing. I will be putting this class into my regular rotation!

Good class; love her demeanor. Using the Sanskrit names is kind of confusing if there s no explanation what it is. I would take this class again.

Beautiful, calm, short class. It s a little more on the slower pace for my liking but I did enjoy the class & that s the calming side of it. Namaste.

As someone who s recently lost a lot of core strength I found the balance segment challenging, but seeing the models wiggling too made it feel so much more accessible! I kept thinking "Yeah, ladies! We re getting stronger together!"

I really loved this class. Dana starts of quick, which is appreciated in a short class like this and keeps us moving in a lovely blend of poses. Newcomers may find it hard to follow, not because the moves are over the top (they re not), but because she uses a lot of Sanskrit names for poses and if you aren t familiar with them, you may not know where you re going next, but if you can keep an eye on the screen from time to time, you ll be fine! Looking forward to more classes from Dana.

Dana’s voice is the blissful part. A little flow and a little balance. Nice use of about 25 minutes before claiming things down. She gets right into sun salutes, so if you need a minute to loosen up, do so. Looking for more from her.

Nice flow. I wasn t aware it would focus on balancing, but I do now! I was lost a few times as the cues were mostly sanskrit, which I m not super familiar with.
