Very slow and mindful slow, which is my favorite style of yoga. Although it is slow yet still flow like water. Because the movement is slow, I felt harder than the look. My body and mind were stretched out. Now, I am ready to go for my day. Thank you. This practice is perfect for me, a aging 60 years old woman :)

This was the absolute most perfect class. Being in the middle of an autoimmune flare up, my joints and muscles (and mind) were so sore and fatigued I didn t want to even come to my mat. I chose to though and this practice popped up. Ali s gentle flow and intentions were literally exactly what I needed today. I feel so much better and will keep this practice on my weekly schedule. Beautiful.

Beautiful and inspiring. The class was perfectly paced. It is a relaxing class but curated with deep movements and moments. I feel reflective but also eager to see my body and life through the lens of water.

This class was amazing. Stretched my back every way it needed to be tractioned and stretched.
I wouldn t really call it much of a vinyasa since it moves very slowly (like water). I loved Ally s focus on how water moves with intention in your body and to think before you drink it what you want it to do.
No downward dog but gate, childs pose lots of cat /cow. I would do this again and again.
