Keith has such a gentle spirit. This meditation exercise he offers is so beneficial to me. I have meditated on and off for years, but I haven t done it now in quite a while. This is the perfect way for me to get back into it, and I find that even though it s only five minutes, it really helps me to feel better, more grounded and more optimistic.I am so grateful that this little class is here!

It is a good class but, he talks a lot during it, and for some reason i just wasnt a big fan of it.
Meditation is not my thing, but I really want it to be. This class was a very relaxing, manageable first step!
