She used every second of this 20 minutes in a great way - very balanced workout with yoga fusion.
A quick workout that warms up the body. If you have time, you can easily get a little extra Yoga feeling by staying a little longer in forward folds and, for example, the Star. Fun session that could easily be a little "Yoga-longer". Cool!
