Excellent whole body workout. I like how Becca switches between light and heavy weights, depending on the muscle group that is being worked. Clear instructions and cues! Thank you Becca!!

This one offers BR s usual exceptional clarity, cuing, encouragement, focus. Great class structure, balance: never bored, always challenged, but not as exhausting as her harder-core classes. I am recovering from an illness and still nursing a hip injury from another class on YD this week; a reminder that in doing nearly all of BR s classes for over eight years, I have never once felt a pull or injury. Thanks, Becca!

Always 5 stars for Becca whether they are her short of long classes.
The cuing, the humor and of course, the burn.
I always leave feeling stronger no matter what my chaotic life has thrown at me (including a CEO who told me to go "fetch lunch" this week!!!)

This was a great class if you re looking to move quickly, get your heart rate up and your muscles burning! I enjoyed it for something different. Becca s class flows well and she communicates clearly so you are able to follow along even at a fast pace. Thanks! :-)

A fantastic and of course challenging new class from Becca! (More of her classes, please, YDL, she is the best!)
I always leave Becca’s classes feeling like a got a very tough cardio and strength workout and miraculously feel more physically and mentally energized than when I started. This one is no exception, with some moves familiar from her other classes mixed in with new ones. I will probably do a few sun As to warm up my shoulders next time since it hops right into plank-based moves. She cues for modifications throughout and offers low-impact alternatives to the cardio.

Really liked this one....we got the burn but didnt do the exercises too long. Will definitely do this one again. Loving the new close to an hour classes again.

Another killer work out by Becca. Overall body workout that was fun and challenging. I don t love jumping so I appreciate the modifications. I m certain I ll be feeling this tomorrow as I already feel it now

Very excited to see a new class from Becca, one of my favorite instructors.
I ve been doing her classes for quite a while now, and I know I ll always get a killer workout. I know I ll also have to modify a few moves. There is no way in heck I am suspending a free weight above my face and doing reverse crunches! And my knees don t twist like that any more.
Definitely feeling sore just a few hours later! I ll keep this one in the rotation for sure.
