This worked well for me today having been absent from my daily practice for awhile due to some physical issues. This was gentle enough not to cause too much strain on shoulders or neck and easy enough to modify when necessary. Thank you for giving me a gentle re-entry!

Loved this class. Just found it a little confusing at times that the verbal instructions to use the right/left sides were mirror opposites of what was shown in the video.

Kieth’s style and Presence are both soothing and well paced. I did this class at the end of a long day and found it a great way to bring me into relaxation. Curious if/how it will affect my sleep tonight. I can also see this as part of a morning practice - easing into a few more rigorous poses. Thank you!

It’s slow and gentle. Keith said you could do this practice in the am or pm, but I think this is more of an evening practice. I like my morning yoga to have more flow and energy.

I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome but still try to work out. I just had some very bad days but wanted to do some thing. This class was perfect for me gentle stretching, easy flow, easy movements. It could be as challenging as you wanted or as easy as you wanted. Thank you Keith!

Delightful, centering practice. Soothing background music. I wish YogaDownload would use this soundtrack for all classes (since they don t seem to figure out a way to offer silent classes). Thank you, Keith! You seem to be one of the few instructors who understands the importance of sound (and silence!) during yoga.
