As a Mary s class, this is a faster pace and vigorous flow class. Unfortunately, I have been suffering back pain and could not complete this class today, but I will try again when my back heal. Thank you

While I couldn t do all the chatarangas in this practice, I hope to build back up to that. My arms are sore from yesterday s few chatarangas I did. Lol! Great class!

Did as part of YDL 2 week Challenge for Balance and Grounding. Loved this class, good instruction. Good advice about coming to the present moment. Definite keeper!

Love love love this class! Really didn t feel like getting on the mat today but boy am I glad I did. This class was perfect, bit challenging, great sneaked in pushups, but oh so relaxing overall. Feel like a hundred bucks now :) thank you Mary

2 days in a row of classes with Mary. This was a great short power yoga session - woke me up and warmed me up. Mary is a very engaging teacher. This short class had flow, twist, balance, stretch and wisdom - thank you!

Loved this class - the affirmations and how Mary is open with her own physical limitations. Also felt encouraged by her own admission about the negative self talk and forgiveness. I ve taken several of Mary s classes so for (with my husband) and we both really enjoy all of them. This one got us a bit sweaty which was a nice start to the day. Thank you, Mary. Namaste.

That was very well rounded. Beginning with some opening, some strength and quite a bit of flow with no long holds. Mary kept it interesting. She’s a little chatty and doesn’t have a calming voice, but equally wasn’t irritating. Also like that she voices her own limitations. We don’t have to do it all, but we should do what we can.

This was pretty nice. It got me a little sweaty and I liked that there were modifications provided along the way. Bonus points for the nice pigeon stretch at the end -- for some reason, many short flows skip the grounded hip stretches, but those are the stretches I need so much. (Sitting all day for work does a number on hips and low back.) So thank you for a nice, warming but short flow!
