An accessible vinyasa flow to stretch into your body glove rhythmically; moving the spine in all planes and getting the prana flowing. We warm up on the ground with some easy pranayama to balance the nervous system; roll out the neck, shoulders and ankles; stretch into our side, back and front body and engage the core. We move through a few rounds of sun salutation, opening into the hips and grounding through our legs and enjoy a short relaxation to close.

Great cues and excellent integration of breath work with mat work.
I enjoyed the flow in this class but I found the length of breath hold in the alternate nostril breathing way too long. I tried to breathe at my own pace but it was difficult as Jessie kept saying hold for 16 , rather than continue at your own pace. Otherwise I liked the range and pace.
I thoroughly enjoyed this class. Thank you
I did this class at the end of a long day. It was so relaxing and totally refreshed me. Great stretching and terrific instruction. Enjoyed the class very much - thank you.
such clear, intuitive instruction. Thank you.
A lovely, calm and grounding class although I really struggled with the long breath holds at the beginning of class during the alternate nostril breathing. Many thanks
Gentle flow with very basic moves and asanas. Should have been rated as Beginner; no Advanced activity here at all. I m giving it a 5-star rating only because it is a nice practice and because I don t know if it is the instructor s choice to rate the class or if it s YogaDownload s mistake.
Slow and grounded practice. Begging with breath work and move to stretches. It is nice gentle flow. Great class. Thank you.
Excellent instruction. Gentle flow to ease into the day.
