Sally Kempton s voice is slow, deliberate, and relaxing. For me, this was a good blend of verbal instruction and silence. The focus of the meditation is on awareness, moving through a progression of awareness first of the sensations in your body, then sounds around you, then your breath, then thoughts that are coming into your mind, and finally awareness of your own awareness. I will make this one part of my regular rotation of guided mindfulness meditations.
