Day 3 - Wednesday, November 13th, 2024 Today's options to choose from: a 45-minute wind-down Yin class with Jessie Fuller, perfect for deep relaxation and releasing tension, or a strong and slow 35-minute flow with Keith Allen to build stability and focus.
