Welcome to Day 2 of our 2-Week Grounding and Gratitude Challenge!

Tuesday, November 12th

Today’s classes offer you a choice: a calming slow flow suitable for all levels, or a more invigorating vinyasa flow if you’re ready to bring up the energy. Both options are designed to help you tune into your breath and deepen your practice, whether you’re focusing on mindful movement or building heat and strength.

Choose the pace that feels right for you today, and embrace the grounding power of being fully present in each pose.

Slow Flow: Grace & Ease with Jackie Casal Mahrou

This slow paced vinyasa class will help you embody presence and grace through gentle mindful flow and breath. You will flow through slow and adaptive Sun Salutations A & B, practice balancing postures, then wind down with grounding postures and a hip opener. Take this time to tune inward and tap into grace. Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Perfect is boring! There is no perfect pose or practice. This Vinyasa flow practice will help you release attachment to outcome and settle into the strength and softness of YOUR body, mind, and heart. You'll flow through an invigorating combination of twists and balances and play with Crow pose, if you want. Let go of of judgment and choose the joy of feeling fully present. Enjoy!
