Here are today's class options:

Wind Down Yin with Jessie Fuller

45 min class

Level:  All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

A gentle and accessible yin class with a range of grounding asanas including wide legged child’s pose, Sphinx, crocodile, cat pulling its tail and shavasana all of which offer a healthy compression, extension and twist for the lower back helping to relieve and pain or stiffness in this area but as always, please listen to your body. Props are optional but not necessary - enjoy x

Strong & Slow Yoga 2 with Keith Allen

35 min class

Level: Adv. Beginner & Up| Intensity: You'll Feel It

Similar to the first class in this series, Strong & Slow Yoga 2 will stretch, strengthen and open your body and calm your mind. This accessible, yet strong and challenging class, will give you space to hold poses, one at a time, for several breaths. There is a nice balance of twists, forward folds, heart-openers, balancing postures, and hip-openers for a full-body and thorough practice. This class is in a tranquil and inspiring outdoor setting.

**you only need to choose one class**

**If you're feeling in the mood for something different you can choose any of our free classes on our site (or any other class you'd like!). The most important thing is to show up and get on your mat!

Keith Allen is an all-time favorite, so I revisited his class on Day 10 of the challenge.

What a lovely class from Jessie, I marked it to do it more often. Did this class yesterday, but forgot to mention it.

Avatar  Melly 3 days ago

Still trying to catch up!

I chose Keith's class today. Loved the relaxing slow flow and the beautiful setting!

Avatar  Pannouschka 6 days ago

It was nicely strong, thank you!

I missed Day 3 due to a very busy and stressful day but doubled up today (Day 4) and completed both Jessie’s wind down yin and Roberts stretch and stress relief and all I can say is Wow!! That was a great combo for me at this time. I was able to release a lot of heaviness I was carrying and feeling much better and lighter. Thank you! Namaste 🙏🏽

Did the “wind down yin” for work break on Thursday.

Avatar  ponttingley 6 days ago

Keith is one of my favorite teachers, and this class was perfect!

Avatar  Teri 6 days ago

I discovered Keith Allen during one of last year's 2 week Challenges and he has become one of my favorites!

Avatar  Rebecca last week

I picked wind down yin & it was so good. I haven’t taken any Jessie classes before, her guidance is wonderful!

Avatar  Elizabeth last week

After a crazy day at the office, Jessie's Wind Down Yin class was just what the doctor ordered bringing my mindfulness and energy levels down for a peaceful nights sleep ahead.

Avatar  Enlightened Muffin last week

Time for some restorative yoga..

Avatar  Mindy last week

I did Jessie’s yin yoga. Relaxing but definitely not easy! Feeling amazing now.

Avatar  Desyree last week

Strong and slow yoga was great and just what I needed to let go of some anxiety. I always like how long holds allow you to really pay attention to your body and see that even the smallest adjustments make a huge difference on how the body feels!

Avatar  MTM last week

I am feeling grateful for having great yoga classes right in my Surprise, AZ home. Keith’s Strong & Slow Yoga 2 left me feeling energized and relaxed as well as proud of myself for doing a well balanced serious yoga class. I was comfortable in my home but the class was filmed outdoors near a babbling brook, how great is that!

Avatar  MaryAnn Hopping last week

I completed the Yin class. I prefer more of a flow but it was good to try something different and work with my resistance to the long holds.

Avatar  Trice last week

Had planned on doing Keith’s class today but life got in the way. At the end of the day Wind Down Yin seemed really enticing. Decided to save Keith for another day and did Yin. So relaxing before bed. Love how yoga is made for all times of the day!

Avatar  Jenn An last week

I found Keith’s class today almost exactly the same as Jackie’s sequence from yesterday except with longer holds. Great option for morning or evening

Avatar  Love-Porch-Yoga last week

Wind Down Yin was indeed relaxing. Its interesting how different muscles finally begin to release after a long duration of stillness. Good stuff.

Avatar  JackieO last week

Nice pace, easy to follow cues

Avatar  Karine Desmarais last week

I did wind down yin, it was a quiet and soothing session before going to bed.
Thank you, Namaste

Avatar  iwritecreate last week

Love the Wind Down Yin class! Just what I needed today.

Avatar  JemmaRose last week

I did Jessie’s yin class tonight. Will come back for Keith’s another time. Good night all!

Avatar  Andrea Ward last week

I completed Keith’s class. It was a great class and I always love how he explains things. Thanks for a wonderful practice!

Avatar  Amy last week

Today I chose Strong & Slow Yoga 2 with Keith and it felt great. A good combination of poses to feel like nearly a whole body experience in just 35 minutes. I said this yesterday as well, but the classes recorded outside are very soothing to me, maybe because I spent most of the daylight hours today in an office with fluorescent lighting. 😂

Avatar  Carrie last week

I did about half of Jessie's wind down class but it was too slow for me so I jumped on to my favorite hip opener class!

Avatar  Bek S last week

Keith's Strong & Slow Yoga 2 class is already on my favorites list so I was more than happy to do his class today. I feel relaxed but strong! Thank you, Keith!

Avatar  Valerie last week

I wasn't feeling up to either a long practice or a strenuous practice, so I approached Keith's class with some trepidation...but it was just the right amount of challenge, and the waterfall in the background was a nice bonus!

Avatar  Jennie last week

I like any practice I can do in my PJs so I did Wind Down Yin in the evening. I had not done this yin class before and it was nice. I also saved Keith's class for a morning.

Avatar  beer last week

Thank you Keith for your practice day 3

Avatar  Yogayoung last week

Love this class! I appreciate Keith's clear instructions and descriptions of how to properly do each pose.

Avatar  Terry last week

I took Jessie’s wind down yin class…… so lovely! Thank you Jessie🙏🏻

Avatar  JP last week

Keith's Strong and Slow Flow is so satisfying. I love that it takes place with the water in the background.

Avatar  katiemayo last week

I did yin today because I got my period and I felt super uncomfortable. Yin helped :)

Avatar  Susan Wong last week

My first time with this instructor and it was a lovely and relaxing class thank you!

Avatar  Pauline Heyne last week

I really enjoyed Keith’s Strong and Slow Flow today. There is something so satisfying about being able to hold poses and feel strong. And when you fall out you just get back in it. Like Life! Glad I showed up today.

Avatar  Vicky last week

Perfect class first thing when you awake. It is energizing without too much exhaustion. Great blend of flow and power.

Avatar  Jennifer last week

Keith's Strong & Slow was actually really hard for me - it forced me to have to stay focused. My mind kept wanting to wander to my "to-do" list for the day, and this class pushed me to hold positions and breath...to be mindful and stay in the moment.

Avatar  Dar241 last week

Keith's class was already in my favorites, but I hadn't done it in quite awhile, so I chose his class this morning. Very nice slow class and finished feeling relaxed, stretched, and ready to get moving!

Avatar  MPYoga last week

Today is Day 1 for me! I was traveling and decided to give myself grace and start when I returned home! My 14 days will start today and I will make up Day 1 & Day 2 when I have extra time and want more yoga! I picked Keith's class today and it was great!

Avatar  Shannon last week

One of best, slow, most beneficial yoga session I have ever done. I felt amazing during and after the practice. Amazing!

Avatar  Nina last week

Lovely strong practice with Keith today. I really enjoyed the longer holds.

Avatar  Molly Hicks last week

In the midst of a very stressful week, so I took Jessie's class for relaxation. It was so good and so calming!

Avatar  Erin last week

Keith’s Strong & Slow was a great way to start the day!

Avatar  Debbie last week

Great morning wake up. Thanks.

Avatar  Debbie last week

Great morning wake up.

Avatar  Pat last week

I chose Slow and Strong 2 with Keith and enjoyed the slow pace, long holds and beautiful scenery.

Avatar  Joinaz last week

I chose the class by Keith, this is in my favorites, always a winner for me. Wonderful class, beautiful setting. A good blend of wonderful moves, feel great at the end. Also lets you choose your own pose for the last minute before savasana. Love that since I often want a certain move and this gave me time. Savasana on your own.

Avatar  Linda last week

So I'm not much for slow yoga but I thought I'd try Keith's Strong and Slow class today for something different. It was a great way to stretch and start my day, although I can't say I'd classify it as a workout. I guess that is the point of it though and probably something I need to work on. I do feel a great stretch through my legs and a little stronger too!

Avatar  haleymarie last week

Despite the name of the class being Wind Down Yin, I found it to be a beautiful way to stretch into the day. I even had sips of my coffee between poses. Setting myself up to have a good day.:)

Avatar  Macsek last week

Today’s class was also well rounded and designed. I could hardy wake up tuoday, but after practice Íi really feel energised and I’m not even at my coffee yet! Yesterday I ended up doing both the challenging and the beginner yoga, the lighter one we did it together in the evening with my bf <3

Avatar  Leva last week

Brilliant. Sets my mood and high energy for the day. I have never regreted for taking a class. And river in the background --- slowing down that is imperative for all of us, thank you!!!

Avatar  Tara Mcintosh last week

Love the Wind Down Yin workout after a day of work

Avatar  Sara last week
