Welcome to Day 4 of our 2-Week Grounding and Gratitude Challenge!

You’re doing fantastic—keep showing up for yourself each day!

Today’s classes are here to support whatever your body and mind need most. Choose from a 30-minute all-levels class focused on stretching and stress relief or a 60-minute intermediate dynamic power flow to build strength and endurance.

Remember, the magic of this challenge is in your daily commitment. Each day you return to your mat, you’re cultivating a deeper sense of grounding and gratitude.

Enjoy whichever class you choose, and let this practice set a positive tone for you today.

Stretch & Stress Relief with Robert Sidoti

30 min class

Level:  All Levels | Intensity: Everyday Namaste

This class is designed specifically for Men (totally open to women too) to help stretch out those typical tight areas like the hamstrings, hips, back and shoulders, basically the whole body! The poses, language and pace are all very accessible and 'doable' for the new beginner or the guy who thinks yoga isn't for him. To stretch and release stress in our bodies is so very necessary and important and this class does just that! See you on the mat!



Dynamic Power Flow with Kylie Larson

60 min class

Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

This class is all about moving your body so you can get out of your mind. We flow breath to movement through an energizing Sun A, dynamic Sun B and challenging Sun C, I even added a special boat series to really fire up your core. The flow builds layer upon layer and includes balancing poses designed to challenge your mind and body. We utilize all of the heat built through the class to move deeper into our yin poses on the ground before enjoying a much needed savasana.

The sciatic nerve flossing in Robert's Stretch & Stress Relief class pin pointed an intense area I need to focus on. Its nice to slow down and find sensitive spots like that sometimes.

Wonderful class by Robert! As a female, I am more alike to the level of men’s flexibility so this class was perfect for me. Especially since I’ve been off my mat for a while. Feeling that post-yoga high and it’s great!

It was a bit of a crazy day, so I didn't have a lot of time for yoga, but I wanted to find time for my mat today, so I did Jackie's Daily Decompression class. It was a very calming and relaxing way to stretch out after the day! Thanks to Yogadownload for helping me stay motivated to find my space for yoga each day through this challenge!

I missed Day 3 due to a very busy and stressful day but doubled up today (Day 4) and completed both Jessie’s wind down yin and Roberts stretch and stress relief and all I can say is Wow!! That was a great combo for me at this time. I was able to release a lot of heaviness I was carrying and feeling much better and lighter. Thank you! Namaste 🙏🏽

The day got away from me and before I knew it, it was time for bed. So I chose a short 14 min Sleep Yoga class by Jessica. I really just wanted to go to bed, but I’m committed to yoga everyday so I’m proud of myself and hope I get incredible sleep.

I was really feeling a slow, stretchy practice for this evening, and Robert's class hit the spot. I'm already noticing the benefits of a daily practice and we aren't even halfway through the challenge! So glad I decided to commit to this.

Took Kylie’s class today. She hadn’t taught a class like this in a while, I haven’t taken a class like this in a while! Challenging but fun, loved the encouragement throughout class. I used to take Kylie’s classes all the time when I was younger, but they became too intense for me. There’s usually not enough of a warm up, and the pacing is too fast for me. When I saw her class today I thought I’d try again; it’s called a challenge after all! I made it about 20 minutes in before she lost me. Then I switched to Mary Baker’s self love class, which was better suited to my current practice.

I chose stretch & stress relief. It was a nice, relaxing class and the guidance from Robert was very helpful. I think I only needed to look at the screen once. Day 4 back into my yoga practice was pretty great!

I had done Robert's class before so I chose Kylie's Power Flow. It was challenging, but the flows were interesting and fun and definitely kept me focused on class rather than in my head.

I went with Robert's stress and relief class to kick off my day. Not a flow class at all, but instead, a great class to stretch your body and work out some overnight kinks. Sometimes a stretch class can work better than a flow class! Thumbs up!
