Welcome to Day 6 of our 2-Week Grounding and Gratitude Challenge!

Saturday, November 16th

You’ve made it nearly a full week, and your commitment is shining through. Each day you’ve stepped onto your mat, you’ve strengthened not just your body, but also your ability to stay grounded and present.

Take a moment to acknowledge how far you’ve come—you’re doing amazing work!

Today’s classes offer two fantastic ways to connect with your body. Need to unwind after a workout or simply want to stretch deeply? Try the 35-minute all-levels post-workout stretch, perfect for releasing tension anytime. Or, if you’re ready to flow, our 40-minute vinyasa class is packed with opportunities to move with your breath and energize your entire being.

Keep showing up, trusting the process, and embracing the benefits of your daily practice. You’re building something truly powerful within yourself.

Yoga for Cross Training - Rest Day with Mary Baker

35 min class

Level:  All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

You work hard all week at the gym – treat yourself to an extra yummy rest day with this stay low full body stretch session. Class begins starting out on your back to stretch out those tight hamstrings and IT bands. Then transitions to some seated and kneeling poses for releasing the psoas, spine & shoulders. Then head back down to reclining to wrap up with some extra goodness for the low back and glutes. Your body will say a big thank you for this relaxing rest day practice!
 



Flow Within with Christen Bakken

40 min class

Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: You'll Feel It

This vinyasa class is filled with plenty of opportunities to move with breath. In yoga, we call this "flow." To be in a state of flow is to be connected to the present moment no matter how dynamic or seemingly stuck. We will work on moving through transitions, staying present and balancing our give and take in each posture while getting a bit lost in the rhythm of it all.

You had me at Rest Day! Mary Baker is a wonderful teacher and this class is perfect for stretching out those sore muscles after your workout.

I actually went back to the lower body fusion flow from yesterday. I wanted to try a different style and teacher. It was great class, but definitely a challenge for me.

Joining the challenge late for a range of reasons. Did Mary's class today and not sure how I'd missed it before. Quite the perfect class, reaching all the parts that can get missed. Super use of props. Definitely one to revisit often

I had done Mary's class recently so I chose Christen's Flow Within. I loved how the flow was within each shape instead of just between them. Very nice class.

The music made Christen's class special! At first, I thought it was too loud to hear the instructions, but I'm glad I stuck with it because it got easier after a few minutes of listening. And it was nice to be totally bathed in sound!
