Welcome to Day 8 of our 2-Week Grounding and Gratitude Challenge!

You’ve crossed into the second week—what an incredible accomplishment!

This is the perfect moment to check in with yourself: How are you feeling? What shifts have you noticed in your body, mind, or spirit? Let us know in your comments today!

Each practice is a step toward greater balance, and you’re doing amazing work by showing up daily.

Today’s classes are all about making yoga accessible, no matter your schedule or energy level. Choose the 35-minute all-levels flow designed for every body—it’s welcoming, inclusive, and perfect for a rejuvenating stretch. Short on time? Try the 30-minute intermediate vinyasa class, created with busy days in mind, to keep you moving with purpose and breath.

Yoga for Every Body: Moving Forward with Mariah Betts

Level:  All Levels | Intensity: Everyday Namaste

What do we need to move forward in our lives? Through repetitive movement and breath this 35 minute sequence prepares our body to fold and invites us inward to listen for the answer. Forward bends for every body, even if you can't touch your toes.



Busy Day Flow with Jackie Casal Mahrou

30 min class

Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Our busiest days are the most important days to squeeze in a yoga class! Do yourself a favor and make time for this short and sweet flowing class today. You will be thankful that you did. This class gives you a little bit of everything in just 30 minutes. Jackie begins by leading you through warming Sun Salutation A & B with variations, and then guides you into deeper postures such as Humble Warrior and Crow Pose (Bakasana). You will finish with a standing balancing posture to invigorate you, and a few floor postures to ground you. This class will work for you any time of day. Enjoy!

I took the busy day flow twice during this journey as I loved the sun salutations and the flow. This time I did it in the early morning to get the energy running through me. I also loved the twists. It added to my detox.

I took this class yesterday and I knew Jackie is always a safe choice. It was an easy but really demanding class that I really enjoyed. I feel stiffness in my arms!!

Jackie's class is perfect when you are short on time. I wasn't really but I'm trying to catch up on the challenge so I went for the shorter class. Still love it. My ankle is a million times better after doing this challenge so far.

I did 2 hours of yoga in town today. The consistency of moving every day is paying off. All the little sensitive spots in my joints have quieted down to a faint whisper at most. Yoga really is the secret to wellness!

Move forward was a good class. My first with this teacher. I got a little bored with the repetitions, but then I realized repetitions are good if you want to go inward. I like the class and the different transitions and I will go back to it when I need to relax but still want some movement!

If I'm being honest with myself, I really didn't feel like practicing today, but I'm commited to this practice. It was definitely a mindset I was in because as soon as I started stretching, I knew it was what I needed. So glad I showed up for myself today.

Jackie’s busy day flow was perfect. Really enjoyed the flow. I typically do a slower paced flow, but this class reminded me how much I enjoyed a little fast paced class as well. It hit all the parts of my body that needed it, hips, shoulder and core in just 30 minutes! Thanks Jackie🙏🏻🧘‍♀️!

I had done Mariah's class before so I opted for Jackie's Busy Day Flow. Even though my day wasn't super busy, it's always a hard transition back to the work week on Monday. This was a strong flow that helped me transition out of my workday in the evening.

I did not receive Day 8 this morning, so I returned to Day 7 and did Pradeep's class. It was a bit fast for me, but a solid class with good flow. I enjoyed his messages throughout the class. Always inspiring! PS....I did notify YDL and they responded quickly, while I was doing the class! So if this glitch happens, let them know! There is a link where you can find all the challenge classes! Very helpful!
