2-Week Grounding and Gratitude Challenge

Day 10 - 2-Week Grounding and Gratitude Challenge

Day 10 - 2-Week Grounding and Gratitude Challenge

Welcome to Day 10 of our 2-Week Grounding and Gratitude Challenge!

Wednesday, November 20th

You’re in double digits now—what a milestone! As you’ve been showing up day after day, you’ve built more than just a practice—you’ve created space for growth, strength, and reflection. Today’s classes invite you to go even deeper by focusing on two powerful themes: self-love and stillness.

Choose the short but sweet 20-minute all-levels class, designed to help you turn up the volume on your self-love and celebrate the amazing person you are. Or, if you’re ready to embrace the art of stillness, dive into the 35-minute intermediate class that encourages you to slow down, breathe, and truly listen to your inner self.

Both classes offer a chance to connect inward and replenish your energy.

Keep going—you’re showing incredible dedication to yourself and this challenge. Don’t forget to leave a comment after your practice to stay in the running for one of our prize packages! 🌸🧘‍♀️

Let’s finish these last days strong!

Here are today's class options:

Turn Up that Self-Love Dial with Mary Baker

20 min class

Level:  All Levels | Intensity:Ahhhhhh

If you’ve been putting yourself last on your “to-do” list lately, then this class is just what you need to turn up your self-love dial! And, best of all, it’s a quickie so no excuses for not having enough time for your self-care. We’ll stay low for some seated, kneeling and reclining stretches that will release tension and bring you back to your center. Then Mary will guide you through a brief meditation to focus that lens even more on your needs and desires. We will finish up by grabbing your journal to create a powerful intention and affirmation for your day. Ok, it’s tune up time!

Engage in Stillness with Kristen Boyle

35 min class

Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

This 35-minute Vinyasa flow is perfect for morning, lunchtime or an afternoon pick-me-up. With a vigorous flow and moments of complete stillness, I challenge you to engage deeper with stillness, and to see stillness as the most productive thing you can do.

*you only need to choose one class

**If you're feeling in the mood for something different you can choose any of our free classes on our site (or any other class you'd like!). The most important thing is to show up and get on your mat!

I completed Kristen's "Engage in Stillness" today. This was my first time seeing kapinjalasana. Good combo of the strength of side plank with dancers pose. Challenging!

Engage in Stillness was amazing after a day spent on a flight. Just the right amount of flow and juicy holds to squeeze out all that stuck energy!

Thanks Mary for the relaxing class before bed.

Made it to day 10! I was “in the mood for something different” so I chose a session offered earlier in the challenge.

I did Mary class as I was short on time and it was a good one. I feel better and a bit relaxed afterward. Thanks.

Mary's Self-Love class opened my eyes to a new way to end my practice with an open heart! Journaling intention, inspirations and aspirations right on your yoga mat is a beautiful way to refocus your thoughts. Posted mine directly on Facebook but will be going out to get myself a journal for my daily practice moving forward! Thank you!

I did one of Jackie's classes, Sunrise Flow 1. This series is one of my favorites and was good for me today.

I turned up the self-love dial today with Mary. It was short and sweet. I felt yesterday’s class moving through the simple stretches today so it was nice to know that I am getting the benefit of showing up every day. Chef’s kiss.

Practice with Kristen Boyle….first time with her great class

Woke up at 4:30 to engage in stillness and energize my day. The class did just the trick. It was a long day but the energy stayed within me throughout the day.

I chose Mary’s 20 minute class tonight and really enjoyed it after a long day at work.

I had a great time with Kristen's Engage in Stillness class. I have never taken one of her classes before and I will definitely be looking for more. This class was the perfect mix of work and rest after long day.

Mary's class seemed really interesting & not a class I would typically pick. There a wonderful message in there & it's nice to take a few moments to just reflect and be calm.

I think I’ve found my new mantra, ‘Stillness is the most productive thing you can do’. Loved Kristin’s class, Great guidance and cues! I feel calm and still. Thank you Kristen! 🙏🏻🧘‍♀️

I have heard (perhaps on YDL?) that often when you don't want to do yoga, that's when you need it most. Since I was feeling antsy and not in the mood at all to engage in stillness, I chose "Engage in stillness!" In spite of the name, it still involved plenty of activity, and I feel better for having done it!

Today, I did Mary's class. It was a lovely class.

I chose Mary's class today. It was a great way to wind down after work. I'm looking forward to doing the journaling tomorrow morning.

Mary’s Self-Love class was really, really nice :-)

Avatar  Andrea Ward 13 hours ago

I went with Mary’s class since I need a cool down after my run. It was a great way to start off my day!

Avatar  Nina 14 hours ago

Mary’s class was a lovely practice to ease me into the evening after a day of traveling and I could easily adapt it having no props with me.

Avatar  Mimi 15 hours ago

I tried Kristen's class and it was definitely intermediate! I modified the side planks and peak pose for a terrific stretch and wonderful start to my day. I do love Mary's offerings and may try to sit down with her after my chores for some focus and self love. Om shanti

Avatar  Macsek 17 hours ago

I went for the stillness practice for today as a work-break. I guess I overworked my knees yesterday with double yoga session and some individual dance practice after my normal dance class, it behaved kinda funny, but hope it’s still fine 😅

Avatar  Joinaz 18 hours ago

Both of these sounded great, and two wonderful instructors. But had the time so I went w Kristen's. Fast moving but get a break w the moments of stillness. I could not do peak pose but excellent instruction. I will try to do Mary's maybe this evening or within a few days since she is another favorite instructor.

I did Mary's class. The perfect way to set my intentions for the day and remember that I can only give to everyone else if I myself am taken care of. Thank you Mary!

I did Kristen’s class today. I really enjoyed the flow and was happy with the directions. I don’t think I’ve done any of her classes before but will look at doing more now.

Avatar  haleymarie 21 hours ago

Woke up even earlier than normal to squeeze in Mary's class this morning. I didn't have a journal handy, but I just used the affirmations she prompted as a mantra. Really lovely start to the day.

Avatar  Kathy 22 hours ago

This morning I chose Mary's Self-Love Dial class. I really enjoyed the meditation at the end. It's so easy for me to put the focus on everyone else and put myself last. This was a good way to start the day and a good reminder to show myself a little love. Have a great day!

The self-love dial definitely needed to be turned up during a busy work week
